On Feb 15th. I and my two friends got into Starbucks at 7:00pm. The waitress came then asked us what we want to order. It was fine except her texture on face: flat, looks unfriendly and impolite. We were tired for the whole day hanging out and walking. The way they served were very terrible. The taste of new flavor are bad. We couldn’t even drink their up. Hope Starbucks will get improvement soon. Thank you!

Really polite workers who mind their own business, and helpful when requested. However, the environment of this particular location is INSANELYLOUD. Dawdling customers love to shriek at the top of their lungs like it’s their home. It makes me slightly anxious and a little hinged to be around very verbally passionate people at a simple Starbucks shop. The caffeine probably amplifies them. Be prepared to invest in noise cancelling headphones cause those plastic apple earbuds just won’t cut it.

Yeah, this place needs a lot of work. I’ve been here many times and I tolerated parking for a cup of coffee or tea. However, my most recent visit was truly inexcusable. The boyfriend was feeling ill, so I stopped by this location on the way home to grab the«Sick Tea» for him. There was only two parties in front of me, and by the time I got my Starbucks app up, the party in front of me was already placing their order. They ordered two drinks on the menu. However, for some unknown reason, the cashier working that transaction took 15 minutes to get that order and payment done. Ridiculous! I can see no reason why. There was no urgency in the barista’s every move, despite the impatient line reaching the door. She was leisurely taking her time which frustrates me even more. Finally, it was my turn. Since this drink was not on the menu, I double checked with the cashier to ensure that we were on the same page. So, I’ve ordered this drink various times and I never really had a problem. Anyways, you know how once you regularly order the same drink in the same size, you eventually remember the cost of that particular item? Well, I take a look at the cost just before I am about to scan my card, and I see that it was almost a dollar more than the regular cost. And right in front of me was an extra charge of $ 0.60 for strawberry. What? This makes no sense whatsoever — this drink does not consist of anything strawberry related. Upon asking, the barista was rude and said it was for the lemonade. My previous order of the same drink the last three months showed consistency in price. And I was not about to pay an extra dollar after you took your sweet ass time. Another employee approached, fixing the issue and I get my drink and leave. Props for getting the drink done within five minutes of ordering. So I get into the car, double checked the drink just in case — only to discover it was missing another tea bag. After all that, and you get my drink wrong? So I go back in, and told the nice barista that just started her shift the issue with my drink and she fixed it immediately. I thanked her, wished her a good night, and left. But seriously, does it make sense to wait a total of 20 minutes for a cup of tea and get it wrong? The extra star is for the hero barista that resolved the problem with my drink. SUGGESTIONSFORMANAGEMENT Get your game on with better hires or at least train your employees so that they can work at a normal pace! With the growing line and inadequate employee at the register, its also not a terrible idea to open the other register up as well.

Impressed by the service here at this Starbucks! I was doing a coffee run for friends and ordered five drinks, which all came out in 5 – 6 minutes! Cashier was friendly and accommodated my request for separate transactions… because stars, ya’know! What I didn’t like was the location. It’s on the corner of San Gabriel Blvd and Garvey so if you’re coming down San Gabriel, you have to either turn left on Garvey and make u-turn to turn in, or make an illegal left across double-solid yellows at a busy stoplight to turn into the plaza… I wasnt down… car insurance is too damn high!

Hmm so far this is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The baristas are friendly and nice unlike other Starbucks and they haven’t made my drink taste bad unlike some other Starbucks ! It’s also nice to see that they treat homeless people with respect in there … :) it warms my heart knowing that homeless people can go in without the horrible service we mostly see from servers. Keep up the good work! ^_^

Was planning to come in to do a simple transaction of reloads for the kids, three transaction probably take 3 minutes but apparently the manager, Vivian, said no transaction, no reload, Starbucks policy. It’s a fraud. You’re kidding me I’m here with the cards, with everyone that I’m trying to do the reload to and you’re telling me, fraud. How embarrassing. Starbucks I need you to let me know asap.

Starbucks, wherever you go, all beverages and food taste about the same. Let me talk about the environment in here, it is the worst dirty place with bad parking lot. Many old guys are smoking outside of Starbucks, and the smell and second hand smoking really got me upset. The trash can outside has pretty bad smell, too. Starbucks employees, do you care? Besides, the seating area is very small and I am not going back there again!

Getting in and out of this location is a little difficult sometimes. Parking spaces are really tight. Usually busy in the morning. Iced Flat White, venti, soy milk, 5 extra shots — $ 8.95 — Needed a REALLY strong pick me up this morning. Plus it was a free drink for my birthday!

I ordered coffee latte, but could not taste coffee at all, I asked a new one, but same thing. They just don’t know how to make latte. Worst Starbucks! First and last time to be there!

Basics of a coffee shop. Make good coffee and provide a seat to drink it. Been here several times and had to walk out without purchasing anything because there were no seats available. Always been a disappoint for me.

The service is either good or just ok. It depends on who is working that day. They have some wireless chargers for iPhone and galexy. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking.

Good location, parking in the front. I come here every Saturday morning before work. My usual is a venti iced caramel macchiato with no pumps of vanilla and extra caramel. Barista’s are always happy to serve you and the service is quick. Long lines on Saturday mornings, but they move quick thanks to the barista’s.

I don’t usually write review on Starbucks because the are pretty much the same everywhere. You get what you expected to get from Starbucks. Nothing less bit nothing more. But what made me write this review was for their employees here today :) a girl who was making my coffee was super cheerful, friendly and cool. I like my tall or grande iced coffee with one pump syrup and very easy ice. I must have bee pretty annoying customer for asking«really little bit of ice», but the girl who was making my coffee was super cool and she even scoop ice and asked me if that’s the right amount! Lol Thanks for that gesture :) I really appreciate it. So I would come back here again(I stopped going to Starbucks lately). Oh 4 start instead 5 star is for their parking.

I love my local Starbucks. My barista is always cheerful and even though I bring my own domeless cup, they still let me get whipped cream :) The downside is that the parking lot is small and narrow. DONOT park on the side of the building, that’s CVS/Hoa Binh parking only and the tow truck guys like to camp out in the lot.

This starbucks plaza is a bit tricky to get into and the parking lot in front has very limited spots. Many spots seem to be reserved for specific businesses. Good luck finding parking early in the morning! This is always a struggle for me if I stop by for a morning coffee. There are also always many old smoking men standing around the plaza every time I go, which is a bit off putting because there is a outdoor patio area that has potential to be nice. Anyways, the plus is that this location tends to make drinks quicker than other locations. My drinks have also always been made correctly!

Not my favorite Starbucks location, but the coffee is fine. Tiny and a bit cramped, service wasn’t the best either, took awhile and no smiles from any of the girls working. My java chip frappé was great though, no complaints there. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back, but works when you need some caffeine and lots of sugar.

Small location with a tiny parking lot(small lot on the corner of a busy street is bad news… be careful in that plaza or you might get hit). There were older dudes ogling females as they walked past, which was a bit uncomfortable, and lots of rude customers inside. The service itself was good, and the drink was decent-ish(caramel flavoring may have been a bit too strong in my latte, and lent an artificial taste to it), but I think being in the uncomfortable plaza just made everything more awkward. I know after school(SG High is nearby) there is often a crowd of people lining up for coffee, so avoid between the times of 3pm-4:30ish. Overall, a Starbucks is a Starbucks(as long as its not franchised – different story there), but the environment is what makes it stand out.
