Burger King

This store is really unfriendly. I placed an order today at lunch time, and ask a cup for water, the lady who took the order told me no more water cup, and asked me to buy a drink. I don’t like any sweet drink, why did she ask me to buy? This store should change the management, otherwise will be close shortly

Alicia, the assistant manager, was the one taking orders. She saw me at the counter ready to order but stood there talking to a fellow employee. I ordered 3 items, but as I was ordering, she was unable to keep up with my order. I ordered 3 orders of the 10 piece chicken nuggets and she only gave me 2 sauce cups (when I know that each order comes with 2 cups). I went back to ask for more and she said «well, how much more do you need?»
Her attitude was condescending. She got 2 parts of my order wrong so I corrected her. I don’t know how she is an assistant manager if she doesn’t know how to help customers.

Great customer service! I had a coupon for buy one get one free chicken sandwich, after they made the sandwich I asked for extra mayonnaise the girl went out of her way to get me more because they didn’t have the packet mayonnaise. Keep up the good work.

This BK sucks. I gave the cashier who was a manager a $ 20 bill and he even said «out of $ 20?» I nodded yes. My meal costed $ 4.36. I handed him $ 20.36 and he gave me $ 6 change. Like really dude? You’re a manager… $ 6 change? That explains why you work there. Also, one of the workers was handing me my order with such a terrible attitude. My meal came with a drink as well and they both forgot to hand it to me. I told her I was missing my drink and she replied with «you didn’t even order the drink.» She checked the receipt again and handed me my cup. Not even an apology was granted. That explains why the lady and manager work there.

I bought dinner at this Burger King in Rosemead, CA on 9÷9÷2015. It was my 1^st time there. I used their drive thru (they are on the NW corner of San Gabriel and Garvey). They had a 2 big fish sandwich for $ 5.00 deal. The service was quick and friendly. Plus, I took photos.

Yuck. The worse customer service ever. Manager girl was nasty. New guy at the front handling money and food without washing hands… as a matter of fact all of them except the cashier at the windoww. Absolutely no team work. This place is a disgrace.

This place is disgusting. I ordered a breakfast platter one morning before going to Knott’s Berry Farm. I went through the drive-​thru and ordered my meal. When I was on my way to Knott’s I opened my meal to eat it. As soon as I opened it I found a LONG piece of dark hair embedded INTO my sausage patty. I was about to vomit. I could not even pull the piece of hair out because it was FRIED into my SAUSAGE PATTY! I will NEVER EVER eat at Burger King again. I threw out my entire platter without even eating a piece of it. YUCK!

First of is it really $ 4.59 for a whopper now? and thats w/​out cheese. Damn i didnt know whoppers cost that much these days. Worst of all waited for 15 min for a single whopper in the drive thru, wth were they doing? Killing the cow for the burger? Man Burger is so overpriced. Never ever ever again!!!

The service here is always great and friendly! The food is always warms and made right!

After reading all the reviews on this page, it seems like I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. I pulled up to the drive-​thru and the lady told me to wait a minute and I said sure. But, after five minutes she still didn’t take my order. Keep in mind, there were no cars in front of me as well. The car behind me was getting frustrated and was asking if I made my order yet, I told him the lady told me to wait and so he backed out of the drive-​thru and left. I was getting anxious and was yelling «hello» through the mic but no reply. So, I decided to leave too. Either this place is extremely understaffed or they are purposely ignoring their customers.

Im writing this review as I am waiting in the drive through. I’ve been waiting for a good 15 minute for my food. All I have to say about this place right now is that it is slow. I expect the food to be cheap and worth it’s price since the pricing is very cheap.

That’s the worst place if time is important to you. Slower than any one u ever know.
Their drive through is horrible and it’s hard for them to understand the order. Then u need to go to the window and place ur order and it will add to the time as well.

Literally typing this as I wait for my food. The lady told me through the mic to give her a minute, so I politely said okay. She literally had me waiting for 8 minutes. I think she even forgot about me, I had to pull up to the window and place my order.

I stop at BURGER KING, on the corner of San Gabriel and Garvey, Rosemead– for 3 things only!
SENOR COFFEE– $.60
Sometimes i get the Breakfast Burrito, like $ 1.19
The Chicken Wraps, $ 1.79 are wonderful.
These make McDonald’s look like a bad dream. They are made fresh, each time I order!
So wait time little longer.
These 3 items are the extent of my orders!
As I order De-​caff, they usually make fresh. The COFFEE I like, taste and blend of the coffee! Another thing, I use a travel cup, it holds a little more then a regular coffee cup from Fast Food places. Burger King adds the extra 3oz and fills to brim.
On Sundays, one woman works who is beyond friendly, she can uplift one’s day with her smile.
I seldom do inside and order fro Drive THRU, which is difficult to use as seemingly has problem with being heard.
For what I want, mostly coffee on the go, great.
Jack In the Box, has a bad blend of coffee, and charges now for senior coffee $ 1.05.
McDonald’s now charges $.75 for senior coffee
Lets here it for Burger King, supporting seniors!

The fries were old! I ate them I was very hungry & even then they weren’t good.
The fries tasted as if they were made long ago & they were just sitting on the warmer. They were also pver saltee.
The burger was also crusty & gross.
The star I am giving is for customer service because the cashier was very nice. But the food gets 0 stars.

Very rude girl at the drive through window. Slow service and I asked for 1 ketchup and she ends up giving me like 10 and as I was driving away, she gives me this condescending «ure welcome» like I’m suppose to thank her for her bad attitude and slow service.

I tried their special which was a bacon cheeseburger

UPDATE!
I went into burger king today and I have to say I was surprised. First thing I noticed were the pictures of happy nicely dressed adults enjoying their food. Then the tv menu (like McDonald’s) and the cashier’s uniform. He was friendly, talkative and not like the usual cashiers that used to take my orders. I also noticed that they have frappé’s now. They desperately trying to change their image with this and the commercials with salma Hayek among other actors. I was extremely pleased with the surprise and will definitely come back.

Negative star first of all I went to the restroom and there was no toilet seat covers, no toilet paper so I end up just washing my hands luckily there was soap.
So we ordered our food we got our cups soda so when we went to fill it up the soda was at room temperature we told the supervisor but all he did just checked if soda was coming out that was it so I asked him if he could please give me some from the back (drive thru)
Then I went to go get ketchup the one that you get out of the pump there wasn’t any just another Luck I didn’t complaint I just asked for ketchup to go instead
But the worst part is after I had my burger my stomach was in so much pain I felt I was going to call in sick tomorrow to work
I don’t recommend this Burger king at all to anyone not unless you want to call in sick to work the next day

Took 10 minutes in line with only 1 guest ahead. He is waiting for his food and the manager ignored me while waiting for the guest sandwich. For 10 minutes I stood in line and finally a different cashier took my order.
While waiting in line, I noticed 1 other guest was told (by a trainee) that they ran out of ranch dressing (how can you run out of ranch dressing?)
I also noticed 1 other guest received a wrong order.
After placing order, I waited for another 10 minutes for my medium fries and onion rings after noticing other patrons who stood in line after me received their meals already.
Then I asked the trainee for my order and she proceeded to put my put together my order at a snail speed.
If I had not asked for my order status (which was a medium onion ring and medium fries), no one has bothered to prepare it. Terrible
