They make you schedule an appointment, yet they didn’t stick to their schedule. I understand things happen and they got backed up. However, they should have called to let us know. Or they should have suggested we reschedule. I was trying to take pictures of my two little ones: 19 months and 5 weeks. They were hungry and tired. We waited an extra hour! By the time we got in there they didn’t want to take pictures. The room was sweltering hot too. The photographer was exhausted and had worked all day. She said she only had a twenty minute break for lunch. They need to get organized and get more help. The pictures turned out okay under the circumstances, but they could do better=a better product.
