Excellence is hard to find these days. I called them Friday morning with hot water issue they were at my house within an hour and had a new water heater on order by lunch time. Christian and Luis came out first thing today (Monday) and installed a new water heater. Super nice guys and very informative on what I should do to take care of my brand new water heater.
Did I mention my toilet was leaking and it was also fixed this morning. Couldn’t be happier with JP Plumbing. I will be calling them every time.

THE WORST EVER!
I would NEVER use this company, they are deceitful and dishonest.
I called to have them connect a kitchen sink and garbage disposal.
They could not get to me for 10 days… But i wanted it done right so I agreed.
When they arrived the plummer waited in his truck for 10 minutes before coming in the door. Then he tried to up sell me on a new drain. When I asked if he could tighten the faucet I installed, he said he would have to cut out the vent pipe to do it!!!
When I said no way… he proceeded to work slower than a first grader. He took an 1 ½ hours to install a simple drain and garbage disposal and the charged me for 2 HOURS!!! He explained that they charged travel time… and of course that included the 10 minutes he just sat in his truck!!!
When i called the management to complain they basically said F— you. That is how much time it takes to install a drain.
I could have done it faster with a blindfold.
Do yourself a favor and Find a better company

Tried a couple of other plumbers on Fri. morning, but everyone was busy. JP came out within two hours, fixed my problem, very neat and very personable guy. I’ll certainly call them again next time.

JP Plumbing is an extremely professional plumbing company — from the scheduling, dispatcher and plumber. Our sink backed up and we called our home warranty around 5pm and they told us an individual from JP Plumbing will call in 24 hours. Like other companies, they did not wait till the 24^th hour to call — the called us first thing in the morning and gave us a 4 hour window. Note that they can give you a 30 min or 1 hour advance call before the plumber arrives. Let’s just say it didn’t work out on my end and I was not a happy camper and despite my frustration and «emotionalness», Patty and Willie the dispatchers listened, still very professional and courteous and made a way to have Jose come my home where I immediately apologized for the badness. He was gracious and immediately took care of the sink. Thank you for your kindness and graciousness! A+ in my book — not many businesses are like this anymore.

What a great plumbing company! We had a hot water heater pipe burst. They returned our call quickly and came out and replaced the broken pipe as well as one other one that had the potential to burst as well. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and prompt. We had hot water again quickly. I will use this company again.

Luis came over and repaired our tub and our two sinks on Memorial Day when everyone else we called were not working that day. Thank goodness for JP Plumbing, they came during our emergency leaks and did a great job! Luis left nothing unattended and was able to meet all our plumbing needs on the same day! So grateful!

I highly recommend JP Plumbing. These are the rarest of the people on earth who are very honest. I wanted them to replace my old water heater. But Lewis, the expert came and inspected the system and said I don’t need to replace but fix certain things. He inspected this for free. No one does free service these days. He could have easily earned a few hundred dollars, if I has just asked him to install a new heater.
I hired them for installing new gas dryer. They did at a very reasonable price. I compared with other service providers. They gave crazy numbers. These people are affordable and above all very reliable. They come with shoe covers and make sure your house stays clean. I absolutely love them.

We first began using this company when the garbage disposal failed in our newly purchased home. The home warranty covered its replacement, and the warranty company sent Armando from JP Plumbing. He did such a great job and was so pleasant that I asked him to fix the temperature-​and-​pressure valve on the water heater, which had been installed incorrectly prior to our purchase of the home. While he was here, I asked him to give me an estimate to install a gas line running into the kitchen so we could replace the electric cooktop with a gas version. His estimate wasn’t the lowest one we received, but at $ 500, it was only $ 50 to $ 80 higher than the next lowest one; plus, because of our previous experiences with Armando, as well as the fact that he specified galvanized pipe as opposed to a flexible line, we awarded him the job. He has just completed that task and the cooktop will be installed tomorrow. The people who answer the phones are as nice as can be; they keep good records and they keep their word. Armando always calls to tell me when he’s on his way and he is very punctual. He communicates clearly, has integrity, is friendly, and leaves his work areas as clean as or cleaner than he found them.
