The picture doesn’t do this Torta justice. Huge portion. Taste delicious. Bottom line you’ve got to give this place a try and you won’t be disappointed.

«I know you don’t smoke weed, I know this; but I’m gonna get you high today, ’cause it’s Friday; you ain’t got no job… and you ain’t got sh#* to do. « Why did I quote Smoket from Friday, because if you ever find yourself getting the«munchies» than Tortas Las Yardas is the place to go for the cure. I ordered a Capitalina which is basically a Torta with every type of food in it. Suprisingly the hot dog weiner, milanesa, and ham slices all blended well together. Again this place is pretty good and while you can probably get a better torta somewhere else. I guarantee you cannot get a better selection of tortas than you can at Las Yardas. I me

Their Brisket«Street Tacos» are AweSome!!! They only make them certain days of the week, & are ready in the evenings, but totally worth the wait. Also, their salsas are very, very GOOD! The tortas are pretty fair, I like the grilled chicken one. It is a great change of pace fr the typical, Greasy-Spoon Style Mx restaurants that seem 2 inundate Rose/Rich. Also, there is a bit of a language barrier, but otherwise service is great!

Food was average. Food wasn’t all that. Tired the Torta Regia and It was edible and that’s about it. What ruined the experience and what made me never want to come back was that the cook/cashier began to sweep and mop the dining area while we were eating. What restaurant does this! By all means please do but how about mopping afterwards. To bad. I just wanted a good Mexican sandwich.
