Went in to develop old pictures in a windup camera TIMTHESHIFTLEAD was amazing gave me all the information about how it worked. IM a long time fan of the photo center but i never had customer service like I did today it was AMAZING, great prices and photos projects. Thank you Walgreens and Tim the shift lead!!!

This is the slowest Walgreens on the planet. I swear my blood pressure rises everytime I have to come here to pick up a prescription. 2 cars in front of me is amino minimum of a 20 minute wait and WHY??? It’s a drive thru. It’s suppose to be quick or at least efficient. We won’t talk about the times I’ve come to pick up a script and it isn’t ready or there is a problem and they don’t call. I seriously need to find a new pharmacy this is absurd!

Avoid this place for pharmaceutical needs. They hire young disrespectful employees with a, «don’t give a crap attitude. » The young dark haired, acne forehead with glasses middle eastern female blew off the pharmacist in front of all the customers. Not to mention their system was down and I had to pay cash then come back and get a refund!!! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

This place is has the very worst customer service. The pharmacy takes forever I mean it is so slow I can’t even believe it. I have actually stopped using the pharmacy drive thru because if there is even just one car ahead of you you can expect a 10 minute wait. Other than the pharmacy the place is ok but they do seem to get backed up at the front check out area a lot too though.

I came in looking for a humidifier for my son, since ours had broken the day before and he was developing a cough. At checkout I noticed it rang up a different price then I had thought. Even though I told the cashier(Gloria) that it was probably placed in the wrong place by another customer and I did not cross check the tag to the item I wanted to purchase, she called the manager(Richard) for a price check. While we waited, she started looking to see if there was a coupon she could offer me. The manager double checked for me and it was as I had thought, a simple mistake. Instead of leaving it at that, he took me back to the humidifier section and we went through my options for something a little less expensive, even checking the back to make sure all stock was out. When we couldn’t find anything else that fit what I was looking for, he then went to his computer to see if there was anything else he could do. I did wind up purchasing the original humidifier as well as a few other things and I am still in awe at how above and beyond these two went to help me when they could have just said they were sorry and gone on with their day. I couldn’t be happier.
