Bianca’s Fine Jewelry

This small, family owned jewelry store has changed my watch battery for free twice, just because they are nice like that. One of theses days when I’m flush with cash, I need to buy something sparkly here.

I was pleasantly greeted hours after my initial phone call. Keith remembered the whole conversation with every detail. This is an important trait to to look for in a custom jeweler. So many jewelers hear half of what you state in conversation and design what they want. The store is clean beautiful and well organized. The adjustments I had made were done quickly and flawlessly without any damage. I will be back in the future for adjustments and purchases. I look forward to designing some custom pieces with their team.

I live in Tracy and I will travel to this jewelry store for all my fine jewelry needs. That has to say something. First the customer service is exceptional. Chalo is knowledgeable, friendly, and a great person to run ideas by on what you are looking for. I first had him help me design my wife’s wedding ring and it came out gorgeous. My wife gets compliments on it daily. I highly recommend this place.

Was helped out by Keith, he was very friendly and helpful when I was getting my watch fitted and kept adjusting it until it felt perfect.

I came here for the first time today to simply have new batteries placed in my watches. What a wonderfully put together store! The staff are all very professional, nice and provide great service! I would highly recommend this business!

So, I love Invicta watches. But It seems that some jewelers hate working on them.
I had taken my newest Invicta to be sized at a local jeweler. When I returned to pick it up, they hadn’t finished it. They said they are hard to work on and I would have to come back later when someone else was there.
So, I asked for my watch (which was in several pieces now) and drove over to Bianca’s. I was waited on promptly and one of the jewelers happily took my watch and quickly removed the extra links and put it back together. He hands me my watch and says, «No charge. Merry Christmas.» That was on 12÷9÷2015.
Based on that awesome first impression, I returned to Bianca’s the next day with another Invicta that had sat on my dresser for 6 months because another jeweler has said they didn’t have the right tool to get the back off the watch (because the watch was too big and chunky) to replace the battery.
When I walked into Bianca’s, a different jeweler was working, but he was equally friendly and equally glad to help. I returned later to pick up the watch and guess what? Again, they hand me my watch with a new battery and say, «No charge. Merry Christmas.» What?!?
Obviously, these guys can’t do this for everyone every time, but the fact that they had two opportunities to make some money off of me and they chose not to, tells me they are more interested in building a long term reputation than making a quick buck.
You can probably guess where I am going to go when I want to buy my wife an anniversary gift or maybe treat myself to a nice Bulova watch.

I walked in and was immediately greeted positively and with a smile. I was in this store on Wednesday before thanksgiving.
I had 2 watches to repairs and the 2 gentleman in the store (I think it was the owners) were so nice and helpful. They repaired the watches immediately and was completed in 10 min. So nice to have great customer service.

My sister told me to stop by at this place so I came here today with my mom, she wanted to replace 2 batteries on her watches, Keith was the one who helped us out, the moment when we came in the store, he greeted us with smiles and he was very professional and accomodating, i checked in with 1 free battery. I’m very pleased with the service, he was quick and friendly. Will come here from now on.

I brought my wedding ring in for a repair and they were awesome! They made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my ring. It’s beautiful! I decided to ask them to repair my grandmother’s ring and that’s not something I would allow just anyone to touch!

Thanks for creating such a special and sentimental piece that will be kept in the family forever.

Excellent customer service! Today we stopped in to have our rings cleaned and browsed the beautiful jewelry offerings since Birthdays and Christmas aren’t that far away
Keith was so kind and since it was Memorial Day Weekend he inquired if Brian was a Veteran. When he responded yes, during Vietnam, Keith shook his hand, thanked him for his service and gave him the jewelry cleaner that Brian was about to purchase, free of charge.
Our rings look brand new! We will definitely be returning hopefully for the stunning necklace I spotted.

Needed to get a few links taken out of a new watch. VERY reasonable, quick service, VERY satisfied! They also cleaned my wedding ring. I will most certainly return.

As I am new to the area I used the Unilocal app to find a nearby jewelry store where I could have 3 watch batteries replaced.
Bianca’s was the closest and even though I came in within a half hour of closing Keith greeted me warmly and gladly accepted the One Free Watch Battery offer. He is a delightful and knowledgable jeweler who quickly took care of the watch battery replacements and answered some general and diamond specific gem questions I had. He easily entered me into the store’s customer base to ensure my one year warranty replacement coverage and made my end of the day errand into a a very pleasant interaction! I will definitely return for any other jewelry related needs.

My family and I have used Bianca’s fine Jewelry 2 times in the last 2 months. Once for an appraisal and once to get a cleaning/​check of a piece of jewelry. BOTH times I have been impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. These type of shops make me desire to seek out and support local businesses.
Also I was immediately drawn to the multiple plaques on the wall of the local sports teams that they have sponsored.
I’m glad and thankful to support a business that gives soo much to their clients and their community.
