Chicago Pizza With-A-Twist

I never give bad reviews and this is my first time but i have to say this very poor customer service. i had 2 times bad experience with them. last time i ordered online and forgot to add chilies so i called them to add but when i got pizza their was no chilies so i called and whoever i talked to they said will let them know. yesterday i ordered pizza firstly they put me on hold for 15 mins and then hang up, i call back place my order to pick up and have to wait long and then pizza does’nt taste good at all, i think they forgot to put sauce on, so i call back and explain her pizza doesnt taste good and their is no sauce and oll she said next time ask for more sauce and will let them know .They never apologies, never offer anything or will never ask to bring pizza back will make u another one. even its their mistake once u pay its urs. will never go back …

I’ve waited 30 years to have a pizza like what I use to have in Canada and London and that’s the tandoori chicken pizza and the tikka masala pizza.
Once you have these two Indian pizzas you won’t have anything else. But I will try the others as long as I get an Indian pizza.

Best place in town to get indian-​style pizza!

We dined in here last week for pizza and we really enjoyed our food, including the kids. The pizza dough was really fresh and good and not greasy at all like a lot of pizza places. The employees were friendly. The inside of the place wasn’t very exciting as far as décor, but not a big deal since the food was good! We will definitely be back.

I have mixed feelings about my review… how do you rank a place where you love the pizza but the service needs some work? My dining companion loves both Indian food and pizza so I thought we would try the «pizza with-​a –twist» for dinner tonight. I ordered online which gave me 10% off my order although they have an app which would give a larger discount. My order was placed online at 5:18 pm and I received an e-​mail starting that I would soon get an e-​mail with my pick up time. At 5:33 I get an e-​mail stating that my pizza would be ready around 6:02…I guess the key work is «around». When I arrived at 5:58 I waited while she assisted someone else then she looks up my order goes in the back and tells me 15 minutes. At 6:26 I am finally exiting with my pizza. I have pre-​paid for the pizza as I ordered online. If the online ordering is messed up that is one thing but when I show up and 15 minutes is 25 minutes… she did apologize and offered peppers, parm cheese, ranch dressing (whatever we needed to be happy) and gave me a free liter of soda.
The positive is that the pizza smelled wonderful as I have a 10 minute drive to get home. We are Vegetarians so I absolutely loved the choices and got ½ paneer tandorri veggie and ½ Tikka Madsala Veggie. I ordered medium spicy and the paneer was a bit spicier than the masala so I might order it spicy next time. What a great twist on pizza and we can’t wait to try some different kinds in the future just allow plenty of time.

We dined in on a Monday night and were pleasantly surprised by friendly customer service and delicious pizza! The staff recommended the India style butter chicken pizza, which we were thrilled with. We’ll definitely be back!

Had the butter chicken pizza yesterday and it was delicious! Medium spicy was just right and I plan to try several more. If you love pizza and Indian this is the perfect combination.

I ordered using the Eat 24 service on Unilocal!Unfortunately, it took over an hour from the point of purchase for the food to arrive on a Monday night. The food items seemed like they had probably been out of the over for a while as the grease on the pizza and calzone and the fat on the chicken wings had already congealed.
The delivery driver gave an excuse about being the only driver tonight. I’ve rarely been in large restaurants with one waiter, therefore why would you choose to have a delivery area like Roseville worked by only one driver?
Knocked this one of the list.

Pizza tastes like cardboard. The staff is nice but the pizza is the equivalent of frozen pizza from a grocery store. Was super excited about a new pizza place that delivered near here but definitely not worth it. Two pizzas for 35 $ when even if they were 5 $ it still wouldn’t be worth it.

I understand that this place is new and that weekends are a busy time. I appreciate that they utilize online ordering and delivery, it’s super handy and makes my life easier. However, this was just an all around bad experience.
Tonight I decided to try this place for dinner. I placed my order through the Unilocal app for one large pizza. I was quoted a wait time of 45 minutes to 1 hour. Almost 2 hours later my pizza arrived. It was ice cold. It might have been good pizza but I couldn’t really tell because the cheese was congealed and it just tasted, well, awkwardly south of room temp. It did not reheat well. I live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant. I get that they probably had a lot of deliveries, but keeping pizza warm should be a pretty big priority.

Just ordered our first pizzas online. We got a discount and the pizzas we ordered were amazing. I got a thin crust veggie and the rest of the family got a deep dish pepperoni and sausage. They were delicious. We will definitely go back and try the Indian pizza next.

Found them through GrubHub and was very pleasantly surprised. They had deals comparable to Pizza Guys, but a little better. My eyes got big when I noticed Indian ingredients for their pizzas! I ordered two large three topping pizzas — one that I really loved with Butter Chicken, cilantro, and garlic. The crust is really good. I will definitely be ordering from here again and it might just become my goto pizza delivery place. Try them!

My wife and I went here tonight. There was a single table of four in the place; other than that it was totally empty.
We each ordered a small pizza (one sausage, one onion/​mushroom) — it wasn’t a COMPLICATED ORDER. The young girl behind the counter clearly didn’t know how to use the point of sale software.
After 40 minutes, she comes out and says she’s sorry, but the cook only made one pizza, and she didn’t like how even that one turned out. She was nice about it, but after 40 minutes we’d had enough. So we asked for a refund. Now for the fun part.
The counter didn’t know how to issue a refund! So she calls the owner for help, luckily the owner is already on the way. The owner comes in and she apparently needs training too; it takes her 5 minutes to supposedly issue a refund. I look at the transaction slip and there’s no record of a refund, just the charge! I ask her to show me where the refund is, and she looks confused. Back into the point of sale system we go. After another few minutes, she gives up and gives me cash.
WOW! Cooks that can’t make a pizza (or even the correct number of orders), inadequately trained staff, and an owner that can’t operate the register.
I see a great future!

Price is cheap for the lunch buffet, but not exactly what you might expect if you have been to other pizza lunch buffets. Not worth the $ 7. The selection of pizza was not great, and left a bit to be desired. Picture the pizza warmer at any gas station, that’s what it looks like they use for a max of three pizza flavors ever available.
To top it off they did not take requests for pizza. They had 2 options when I went there– both had sausage and pepperoni on them and they were super greasy. If you like the meats, then they were probably fine pizzas, but no chicken option, or combo option with more veggies than greasy meats. Just not to my liking and I would have preferred an option to request a pizza, or more options since it is a buffet.
I’m really not that picky and like most pizzas, but between the ton of grease and some strong spice it just was not that great. The crust was really good.
There was only ever 3 other people eating there the 20 or so minutes I was there, so that’s probably why they would not make more pizzas, but they had a guy on the corner with a sign about the lunch buffet, so it would seem like a good business strategy to offer a decent selection if you want to build the new business.
The soda machine was broken and noisy, but maybe it just broke today and ultimately he did get it to dispense, but was noisy and clearly in need of service.
I would not really recommend it, unless you really like salad and only have $ 5 for lunch. Maybe with time they will have better pizza offerings.

Delicious pizza, with a slight twist. The have your average traditional pizza, and then they have the awesome special pizza that will have you coming back for more. I never thought Indian spices could taste so good

This people have no customer ethics and they have duped us hiding their policies. We ordered pizzas and they promised us discount but they Never mentioned that the discount is not for delivery. They never had the courtesy to even call us back… extremely unprofessional and the lady who spoke had such an arrogant attitude. She even billed us wrong but are arguing back about it. Their online app is piece of crap and it never works… just a gimmick to attract. Steer clear from these people… I’ll stick with pizza guys who are way better.

They just opened and I was amazed by their great customer service skills! Manmeet was the one that helped me and she had a smile on her face, which was great to see. The food was even better! I will bring my family and friends to this location.

This location just opened, and I hope they do well.
My wife and I dropped in for the lunch buffet, hoping to sample some of their Indian pizzas. No pizzas were cooked yet, so they asked us our preferences. With their suggestions, we ended up with the paneer pizza and butter chicken pizza, both of which were delicious!
The crust was flaky and noticably thinner than most, and very tasty. Flavors were wonderful but subtle, and complemented the pizza format surprisingly well. The salad bar was incredibly fresh and plentiful.
Staff were helpful, friendly, and gracious. We will be back!
