Classy Nails

I’m giving this place 4 stars because usually when I come here they do amazing work but this last time was something else… I had to switch between 3 ppl and my nails look terrible. Only can describe as ghetto fab when I was going for a elegant classy. I hope they stop squeezing everyone in and stick to appointments because for a full set I was there for nearly 2 hours.

This was my go to place for months… Sadly not anymore. The first few months were perfect. I’m very picky and want/​recognize quality work. It was honestly the happiest I’d been with a salon. But, over the last couple months… My experience and quality of work has rapidly diminished. Now, I can’t make it a week without at least one nail breaking off. One situation that took the cake… Memorial day I go with my sister to get a fill. My guy, Tony, is still doing someone else’s nails so I pick my color and wait. Ten minutes goes by and he’s still not done, so I run to Starbucks. Of course he finishes while I’m gone for 5 minutes and they ask my sister where I am. She said I went to Starbucks quickly and Tony and the manager started rolling their eyes and talking about me. I’m a customer! I’ve never gone to an appointment there and haven’t waited for Tony. I’ve actually had to leave because he went so far past my appointment I had to leave. He did my fill and I’m done before my sister who sat down 20 minutes before me. That Friday… Less than 4 days later… I go to scratch my face… No nail. I go back on Tuesday and he has to fix four nails and repaint them all because the polish is lifting because his work has gotten so sloppy that he can’t file down the sides of my nails and the thick fiberglass messes up the polish. Then Thursday… Two days later another nail breaks. The next day another. Mind you, I’ll doing no physical activity, I don’t type at a computer for work and I’ve been getting nails for years. I’ve never regularly gone to a nail salon multiple times a week to fix things constantly. I called to complain the manager said sorry and if I’d like to try someone else. I did pass because my sister’s nails are doing what mine are and she sees someone else and gets a completely different style. I would not recommend this place if you appreciate consistency and don’t want to be talked about.

The service was exceptional! My sister mother and I called and got right in it was clean and the women took time and we’re very careful! I would absolutely recommend this place I’m definitely going back!

This is my first time in here. I have been going to my normal salon for five years, but it’s so far away. So, I decided to try somewhere closer to home. Sandy did my fill and wax. She was so gentle with everything! She was gentle on my hands which was a new experience for me. I’m used to my place being a little rougher, with a nick here or there, nothing too crazy, but after Sandy, I know how things should be. Her hands were magical with my nail fill and gel polish. I will be coming back to her every time. She spoiled me!

Mom, and sisters came in for fill full set mani and pedi. The service was exceptional they were very professional clean and kind. Well worth the price and very friendly took very good care of my nails and really cared about the job they did.
They also have the cutest little girls chair for mini mani and pedi.
Will definitely be returning.

I love classy nails! Everyone is so friendly, very clean and relaxing environment. Pedicures are great and Sandy always does an awesome job on my gel manicures!

First time coming here, I told them I wanted a MANICURE before I got acrylic over my real nails. I prefer a clean look before they lay the acrylic on with nail polish. I told the guy that was doing my nails and he called one of his female workers (short hair). She straight up told me. «NO! that’s not how we do it» ok, so they put acrylic over my nails and he tried filing my cuticles with the machine?!! And he never went around every single finger to cut down the cuticle, I’m sorry I’m never coming back here I personally do not care how nice your salon may be, you need to focus on what your costumer wants.

This is my first time getting acrylics in over 10 years and I LOVE them! I made an appointment for Saturday afternoon and I’m glad I did because they were super busy. I believe the nail technician’s name was Kimle. She was very friendly and took her time to make sure they looked exactly how I wanted. I will definitely go back.

This place seems ok. Nice chairs and a clean facility. My issue is that I got someone kinda crummy. Simon was rough throughout my whole pedicure. The water was super hot, and when he used the tools to get my heels smooth he was rough. Even when he used the salt scrub my skin felt raw after. The wax was pretty hot and he just didn’t seem in tune with the whole process. I’m not the type who’s overly sensitive either… I’d prob try this spot again but I won’t let Simon do my pedi.

Love my nails! Tony saved them from a very ugly fattened up version of stilettos from a previous salon. First time here & definitely will be back! He was so fast!

Had my nails done by Tony, he was professional and courteous. Everyone is nice and the redecorating is a big improvement. I will continue to come here :)

Was in the area and really needed a manicure and pedicure. The last time I had one was months ago. I stopped by this place because it was close and open. A couple others I previously called were not answering the phones. I’m so happy they didn’t! My experience here was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had while getting a manicure and pedicure. The only place that’s ever offered me something to drink too. Not once, but a few times. So nice! The prices were your average place, but they had a 20% check in special which I used. Don’t forget to tip people! The lady that did my nails took her time and did such a beautiful job. I absolutely love my nails. Thank you guys! Very professional! They even wear name tags. Place was clean and the tv show they had on was something I enjoyed watching while relaxing. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area.

Always great service here! Every nail tech is very sweet! They have recently redecorated and purchased 9 new pedicure chairs and a cute little girl one too. Hello Kitty!
The salon is incredibly clean and even gives you a bag with the file, buffer, and stone they use on you.
Over 200 different gel colors and a bunch of options for pedicures.

Love this place! Tried it for the first time today and i will be returning here from now on. I’m taking very clean and the staff is friendly and gentle. I had a fresh set put on and they did one of the best sets I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. They also have a pedi chair just for kids which is a major plus for me since I bring my daughter with me.

This place is my favorite! I don’t go anywhere else.
I usually call ahead and book with Maya for my nails, but they all do an awesome job. Very clean place with nice, new chairs and TVs.
They appear to have lots of colors but idk cause I always get black gel. Definitely recommend getting pampered here!

In love. I have been looking for a nail place for a while now. This place has been hiding. They are open early, and have plenty of stations. Sandy knew right away what would look best on my chubby little fingers. Designs are new and trendy. And polishes and gel polishes are well stocked and they have just about every shade, color and tone you can think of!

Best pedicure and massage I’ve ever had! You get brand new unopened files and buffers. Their metal utensils are all sterilized in packages. Very clean place! Simon and Tina are awesome!

Great experience! Ladies where all nice! Did exact ally what I wanted on my toes. Happy girl!

They fit me in 30mins before closing to get my nails and toes done for a date… Color change for both was $ 35 in gel polish!
The next day I came back to get a full pedi and some nail designs (see pics!!) and they fixed my super cracked feet and Nina can do anything on Pinterest!!! I spent $ 100 on all my nail art, gel polish on toes fingers, special cracked feet pedicure, and eyebrow wax.
Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks!
