For a mexican place I’m really disappointed. First of all no salsa bar. I order 3 sopes with alpastor meat and it didn’t had any flavor I had to add alot of salt. I also order guacamole and chips. The guacamole also needed salt and it was way to watery. The chips where very thin. My date order a plate of asada. the meat was rubbery and with no seasoning it taste like it was just salt on it. He also order a tripa taco witch it was very dry and burn oh but the tortilla was cold. For me this place is so far to be authentic sorry guys!

One star for the really poor attitude of the owner. He is often moody and is very hit or miss. Our take out order was covered in sour cream/​guac when we ordered without. We frequent there for the yummy food– yet not sure we’ll be here again any time soon. Why spend money to be treated poorly, and get ruined food. We didn’t have the time to go back and have our dinner replaced. Waste of $ 30 and the owner acts so put out just to take your order. No thanks.

Our family’s favorite taqueria!
We order the el pastor super burrito, tacos and taco salad on the regular.
We like to call our order in ahead and then we just run in to pick it up. They are friendly, fast and delicious.
Parking is a little wild right now bc a few new businesses or being built nearby but don’t let that deter you! This place is always consistent!

This is my favorite Mexican Food restaurant in all of Sacramento. They cater all of our families parties. The regular burrito with grilled chicken is so good. I could eat it everyday.

Always a great place to eat with my best friend when we are in need of some Mexican food. Excellent customer service. Treats us very well and makes our wishes come true. Definitely will continue to eat here. I enjoy their burrito with warmed up chips and salsa as well as a cold Dr. pepper. Always satisfies my needs at times where nothing else can.

Such great food and at a very inexpensive cost. Maybe it’s the foodie in me, but I wish the portions were a bit bigger. Also, I can’t recall if they had a salsa bar or not, but I’d love there to be one. Otherwise, awesome food and great service. We’ll be back.

Loved the carne asada tostada tacos, beans and rice. The horchata was a bit too sweet for my taste. Got the $ 15 for $ 10 deal from Unilocal and was able to treat a friend for lunch. The service was ok at the counter and great at the table. Will definitely be back.

Just moved to the neighborhood and being pregnant and loving Mexican food we HAD to try. Everything is delicious, prices and portions are great. Everything is fresh and the chicken, carnitas, and shredded beef are yummy! Family run and operated, service is fast and friendly. Dine in and take out are both fast and easy. Love the chips and salsa!

Ended up here on a Unilocal deal «$ 10 for $ 15» .
Hole in the wall, looked pretty empty… Complimentary chips were just that, cold a stale. So I ordered the shrimp fajitas… Corn tortillas were flavorless, shrimp dish w beans, and rice were delicious. (Would give 4 stars). But I am basing the entire review based on price, service and food. Service was ok, the $ 17 with a modelo was a lil more than I want to spend for a single dinner dish from a hole in the wall restaurant. Would prob not come back without a Unilocal deal. There are better Mexican places in the area. Would have given 4stars if the entire meal w beer was priced around $ 10. But for $ 17 I think 3 stars is pushing it.

Came in here rocking the deal. The only downside is the lack of a salsa /​chip bar. They do give plenty of chips, and the food is better than average.
