This is such a beautiful and friendly place to get your style going. Lou the owner and top stylist is dynamic in her technique and such a nice person. Located in old Roseville is charming. The salon is clean and up to date. Love it

Okay, this place is literally amazing.
I went here to get a balayage done and Colleen did SO AMAZING. I told her I didn’t want it to be completely blonde but still have some brown pieces left and she did exactly what I wanted it to look like. They use all natural and great products here, customer service is great. I came in at about 3 and we were working on my hair for about 4 – 5 hours and not once did Colleen complain! She was very understanding to my hair and knew exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to everyone because they don’t disappoint! Ask for Colleen!

Lucy’s Salon totally earns the full 5 stars. I could not be more excited to review such a great find! I moved here from southern CA and of course, needed a new hairdresser! I found my girl! Lou is hands down, THE BEST. She is talented, focused, and cares very much about the quality of her work and the products she uses. She heard I was a teacher when I called to get a last minute appointment (I had Open House at my school that week, and was eager to get my hair done!) and she was able to take a late appointment! Parking was easy, it’s in cute old town Roseville. The salon is very well decorated, trendy, clean, well stocked with Bumble and Bumble products (which are worth a review of their own). I was greeted promptly, offered a drink, and only waited about two minutes for Lou to hug her previous client good bye. Then, she looked through my pictures from Pinterest and asked me questions about cut, color, time to style, etc. and then she got to work. I was so glad to hear she uses Olaplex for highlighting (it keeps your hair healthier and softer, and it’s an ‘extra’ that other salons are too cheap to use). I received tons of compliments from my new do! It’s my first time with short hair, and I love it! The bayalage highlighting that she did by hand compliments the A-​line bob perfectly. She was so much fun to chat with, heart of gold, loves her career and clients. Lou, if you read these reviews, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I love my hair and you’re an awesome human being! Lou, the owner of Lucy’s Salon & Spa, is fantastic! It’s been several years since I’ve had a stylist that I would see regularly, and she is by far the best. Unlike some stylists I’ve had in the past, Lou is consistently great with hair cuts and color. Also, her salon is a Bumble & Bumble exclusive salon, so you know you’re getting high-​quality products as well. I told her about my daughter’s hair, which is extremely difficult to detangle, and she recommended a product that turned out to be a miracle. Thanks Lou! Highly recommend.

Lou is a very sweet and amazing hairstylist. You feel like your visiting a friend, she is so personable. I went to her for a red ombré and she worked with me to achieve that look. My hair was super long and thick and i had recently used dark box dye. Needless to say my hair was a nightmare and she spent many hours and lots of effort to make me happy. Now that is a great stylist who truly cares about her customers. That is extremely hard to find these days. oh and the salon itself is a gem. Beautifully designed and decorated.

The girls here are wonderful! Great positive attitudes and very friendly. The owner is amazing and I love what she has done with the décor and atmosphere of the salon! I would suggest for anyone to come here for a great vibe and a fabulous hair cut!

Colleen at Lucy’s salon has been doing my hair for years and has done an amazing job on several different cuts and colors through the years. She even did my hair for my wedding which was photographed for some wedding magazines. My kids love her as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done!

I’ve been a customer of Lou’s for several years and I’m always very happy with my hair afterwards! I have a ton of hair and will only go to someone I trust to color and style it. It took me over a year to find Lou and I love her to pieces. She’s very professional, knows her products, and is always such a wonderful person to talk to while she’s cutting my hair. The salon in clean, well supplied, and never smells chemically.

First class salon … Bumble and bumble heaven… so happy Lucy’s is here. I’ve been seeing Shelli, my stylist for years, and have known her for 13 years. She’s professional, a blast to chat with and she knows hair. She’s honest and works so hard to provide what you want and need !! I have fine, thin hair and she’s gone above and beyond to find the right color cocktail as well as product to maintain healthy hair :) Lou the owner (I hope I spelled you’d name right !!) is the sweetest gal. She knows hair too and is knowledgable and very hard working. I can’t wait to try out the nail studio and esthetics area for facials. Great job Lucy’s !!!
