NEVER EVER BOOK A SPA PARTY THROUGH SERENITY MOBILE SPA! THEY WON’T SHOW UP! My cousin’s friends and I threw my cousin a baby shower and although we confirmed the spa home service with Crystal (owner) the day before, she neither showed up nor did she even bother to call or answer our calls, texts and emails on the day of the baby shower when she didn’t show up. She runs a crap business and should be sued and shut down.

What a disappointment trying to book an in-​home spa service with Serenity Mobile Spa. Don’t be fooled — — they will be very responsive initially. In fact, I was in constant communication with them 1 month prior to our event and even exchanged confirmation the day prior. We decided to throw a Baby shower for our friend who is visiting from New York, and built the whole event around the «Spa» theme. The day of the event, as it was getting closer and closer to the start time, not a phone call, nor an email was received from Crystal Palos or anyone from Serenity Mobile Spa. We called, texted, and emailed with no response to date. We questioned how a business can be conducted in such way — with no consideration whatsoever! So please, when considering an in-​home spa service, find a business that will show you the same consideration.
