jo is the best i always get good help all pharmacys can get overwhelmed at times with the amout of prescriptions needing to be filled but mines get done .jo is always with a smile and happy on the phone and great customer service. and they have a great team there good staff.

I agree with some of the bad reviews the service isn’t great here, but perhaps they are understaffed. My doctor was on hold with them for 15 minutes today and then told the pharmacist went to lunch. I’ve found the actual Pharmacists are good, its just the pharm techs that are a bit off as they don’t seem to be good at multi-​tasking. Also, I’ve found RiteAid prices to be cheaper than CVS.

Lena the pharmacist is ALWAYS in a bad mood when I go in there. I go there quite often for medication and mostly have to deal with her. Everyone else seems to be in a good mood except for her. I had asked her a simple question about the medication I was prescribed and she gave me a snappy remark and looked at me like I’m an idiot. She looks like she’s not trained well but acts like she runs the place and thinks she’s better than everyone else. After today, that will be my last time there and will be changing pharmacies, strictly because of her!

This has been my go to place for prescriptions, but I have noticed a decrease in good/​competent/​courteous employees. Tonight, their rude employee who when we brought back an item that scanned at the wrong price, typically they offer you the «difference» but their «Price Right» Scan policy is to ensure that you should feel comfortable that they don’t make errors, and if they do they will honor the policy they came up with. Normally, I am happy with the difference, however if I feel it’s happened too much or I’m in a bad mood then I ask they abide by «their policy». My husband told they guy who was working the register, you have the policy and he had the unmitigated gall to retort «yeh, but Corporate has told us not to enforce it» I know that if consumers don’t know or call them on it they don’t «OFFER IT» BUT TO NOT HONOR IT WHEN ASKED THAT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We have several prescriptions that will now leave their store that are filled monthly, and we will do our best to avoid shopping there all together.

The employees here are just awesome. They like to talk to you and make it feel more like a small family owned store rather than a big corporate one. They have really good sales too

Prices are pretty good for a pharmacy and the people seem nice and helpful. its also a great place the visit after a holliday like xmass or easter. the sales are awesome.
