Manzanita Place

After living in SHRA (Sac Housing & Redev. Agency) housing for 4 years this was a refreshing and very positive experience to say the least! First off, the manager, Sandy, was both very pleasant and professional and made the whole move-​in experience a transparent and very efficient one. She has been the manager here for almost 20 years.
My apartment was huge and very clean. The Maintenance Man on site, Jeff, introduced himself and put in grab bars per my request and installed a very nice hand held shower device… he even offered to throw out my unpacked boxes something the maintenance staff at SHRA would never do because it would go beyond their scope of responsibilities. This is a quiet, clean environment where all of the tenants are friendly, helpful and RESPECTFUL! As a convenience to the tenants there is a trash receptical area on each of the three floors, Laundry facility open ²⁴⁄₇ at .75 to wash and .75 to dry, and hot lunch meals served 5 days a week in the community/​cafeteria area. I would recommend highly this particular senior complex because of all of the aforementionedf reasons.
