People that care work here. They all deserve a raise for the hard work they do. Putting in the effort on a daily basis without expecting anything in return makes them a special team. The State of California just visited the facility and gave them the highest rank(5 stars out of 5). I wouldn’t hesitate to put my loved ones under their care. The facility could use a remodel, but you can’t get better service and professional help to get back on your feet.

This place smells and is not well maintained. Unfortunately, this was the only viable option we had when my father was released from the hospital. On a couple of occasions, I found my father halfway off his bed. I’m wondering now how many times he fell out of bed. After asking one of the nurses why an alarm was not being sounded, she just shrugged her shoulders and said I guess it’s not working. My father passed away not long after he went in for partial hip replacement surgery. The doctors at UC Davis medical center were very concerned as to what happened to my father. When he left the hospital in Roseville, his hip fracture was on the mend. After he was placed in Roseville Convelesent Center and I met with the UCDavis doctors they were shocked to find the hip and leg bone were completely disjointed. I am in communication with lawyers. The help/nurses. Hum. Less than competent. Their accents are so thick, I had trouble understanding what was being said. Their attitude is deplorable. Extremely slow in answering call buttons, IF they do. This place is a nightmare. If you love your family member please reconsider your choices and run from Roseville Convelecent Center.
