My husband and I lived in pepperwood apartments for a total of 6 months which was 6 months to long. Horrible maintenance of the apartments such as stains on the carpet and holes in walls. We are quiet and very clean people and were charged 1,700 when we moved out for «cleaning and repairs» that supposedly needed to be done to the apartment. Our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, the staff is unfriendly, and the apartment grounds are full of cigarette butts. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I am a current resident and I love living at the Pepperwood apartments. I have not had any problems whatsoever. The office ladies are great! You can just tell they are genuinely nice people. There is usually ample parking. It’s quiet. The pool is always sparkling clean. Everything in my apartment works how it’s supposed to and if it doesn’t maintenance is always fast and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I feel like for the price they could be a little more updated. Although I got a really good deal on my apartment so I’m not complaining! I’m happy (:

Spacious, but overpriced. Snobby staff, but repairs were made quickly. Until a rat popped out of my washing machine, and shortly afterwards a few egg sacks from a black widow burst in the machine as well, all was good.
Maintenance put down rat traps, sprayed for spiders in a timely manner. However, the maintenance man did come in while I was showering, and it sounded like he was ruffling through the kitchen drawers, which was nowhere near where he had to be [the back patio].
It seems like they keep hiking up the rent pretty often and have some pretty trashtastic neighbors. Cops are around pretty often and when my car was broken in to, I got the response of «Uh, so?» The lighting in the parking lot is basically nonexistent and the «security gate» is either constantly open, or everyone and their mom gives out the code, so anyone and everyone can come in at all hours. Awesome!
