Save-On Cleaners

Meh. They were close to my work and I thought I’d try them since some people have them such good reviews and they were so cheap. First, the employees here are nice, so I’m not sure what that lady below was talking about when she said the guy was a jerk because SHE tripped over the welcome mat… The man and lady were both perfectly nice!
But, the cleaning was not good quality:
1) One shirt had a stain on it (like crusty small food mark – not sure if I had it before or if it was new, but regardless, I took the shirt straight out the plastic cover and there was a stain, that shouldn’t have been there since it makes me wonder if you even washed them)
2) I lost a button on another shirt
3) a few weren’t pressed well. They had wrinkles around the shoulders.
4) they don’t button the buttons
I guess it’s a fine option if you want a cheap cleaner, they’ll do the job. But, if you can afford a little more, then I suggest you take your clothes elsewhere.

Having worked at a dry cleaner in the past, I know a good one when I see one. This place is inexpensive, but they get the job done right. The woman who works there is super sweet and I always enjoy chatting with her. You will not be sorry you brought your clothes here!

I have had a profile for 3 – 4 years but never wrote anything. It’s frustrating to find an affordable dry-​cleaning place. Laundry & ironing, is hard to screw up. They do the job just fine. Called a dozen places, this place is the cheapest in Roseville, for shirts & pants!

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!! Please save yourself and do NOT go to this location, there is another location go there!
If I could rate this location a zero I would. I didn’t end up leaving any dry cleaning at this place, I walked through the door and the welcome mat tripped me (yes I may be clumsy, but it was also a hazard), the guy that works there is a complete JERK. He picked through every single piece of clothing as if he were the God of Dry Cleaning, he made it seem like I was doing him a favor by walking in the door or that I’d messed up his day by making him work, I believe it was the latter. When I had finally had enough of him being a condescending (insert cuss word of choice) I told him I wanted my clothes back because I’d be going somewhere else, so what did he do he literally turned the dry cleaning bag upside down and dumped all of the clothes out and onto the counter, I stood there in shock at his horrific customer service skills. I will never go back to this dry cleaner, ever.

These cleaners are the least expensive in Roseville. I literally called every cleaner. The 2 people at the front desk are super sweet. I’m always greeted by name by Scott. What a sweet guy! My clothes are always nicely pressed and clean. I love this cleaner.

This place has been here for many years so I figured if they haven’t closed down then they must be doing something right. After «shopping» around for a decent price to clean my pea coat, this was the only place that charged $ 9 and not $ 14-​$ 17. I chose to take the chance and I’m not disappointed. It was fast, easy, friendly service, everything was good. The place does have a weird smell when entering but I’m not going there to eat, so it’s fine. I’d go back!
