Dry, chewy bread. Limp veggies. Hasty sandwich building. Stingy with ingredients as per Subway regs. Only plus was no line(wonder why?!) and quick service. $ 5 for a 6-inch? No drink or chips. $ 5? Epic fail. This will be my last visit to any Subway, ever.

Amazing Owner. Hard working employees. Tasty sandwiches. I’ve seen a couple bad reviews for this location and would have to disagree with them. Having eaten at this location well over 30 times, I can assure you that my experiences have been met with warm customer service and uplifting conversations. The fact that the Owner goes out of her way to remember her customer’s favorite sandwiches for future visits is special. All in all, I frequent this Subway because of how they care for the customer. A very welcoming place, worthy of service.

I went in during the lunchtime rush, they were very organized and provided excellent customer service and efficiency! Thank you for allowing me to enjoy my lunch with plenty of time left over!

Ok… sweet onion terriyaki. One of their signatures, and my go to. Never had a bad one, even from a Subway inside Wal-Mart…UNTILNOW. They didn’t nuke the meat to heat it, the girl even managed to throw some of the meat away when she took the cover off the container. Amount of veggies was ok, but my sandwich was cold, even though I’d had it toasted. The meat has never been cold at any other Subway. They had a sign up saying that today’s soups were clam chowder and broccoli. When I asked for the clam chowder the girl said they didn’t have it today. Really, then don’t have a sign up and get me wanting some! These girls just didn’t care. You could see it on their faces, and in their attitudes. Service was very slow. The girl even delayed waiting on a customer(who’d been waiting in line) to get something for one of the sign shakers who’d cut to the cash register… and it was a sign shaker for the cupcake shop down the way, not Subway! There’s a really good Subway down Douglas a bit, closer to the freeway. Now I know why they always have a long line… They’re the good one! Never coming here again.

It’s Subway. It’s the fast way to «Eat Fresh«and you can get a tasty sandwich early is which is great for us early bird folks who start work at 6AM. Fresh veggies, yummy bread and can’t beat the $ 5 veggie delite. But again, Subway is Subway and they pretty much hire robots. I’ve been 3 times in the past month, the same lady is there behind the counter, early worker folk like me, poor girl must hate her job(or me) or she’s not a morning person and should move to the late schedule. The best part is when I ask a question and and she comes back with, «What?» I mean, it’s not English class, but come on. She does though not skimp when I asked for extra pepperoncinis, she piled those on without complaint andwith a smile, I thanked her and she nodded. Oh boy. Hope her day gets better.

Reviewing Subway is like reviewing Starbucks. They’re all basically the same deal. There are some that are better than others, yes. But the differences are few. I’ll nearly copy my other Subway review. Fresh(ish) ingredients, robotic, emotionless staff. Just like Subway should be.

We have a Subway that we frequent often closer to home, but we were out in Rocky Ridge Plaza at Petroglyph and decided to stop here for lunch. The food itself was fine, this wasn’t a question of the quality of the ingredients, but the customer service was pretty crummy. The lady behind the counter seemed put out that we wanted to order more than one sandwich(there were four of us and I wanted… four sandwiches. Damn, I suck!). I ordered three for myself and my 2 kids and my mom went about ordering hers(a turkey sandwich). All of a sudden my mom said to me «I’m supposed to be able to pick vegetables right? Like it’s not just turkey, is it?» My mom has a higher IQ than all 4 of the people working behind that counter combined so it wasn’t a case of confusion so much as being a little appalled that they wrapped up her ‘turkey sandwich’(which to be fair did consist of the turkey and bread … but nothing else) without asking what veggies, cheese, condiments she wanted on it and she was dumbfounded. We went about setting the record straight and getting her the veggies and stuff that she wanted and then we went to the register to pay with a coupon we got from the boy scouts. It’s a little keytag that says if you buy a drink you get one 6 «free with the purchase of another 6». Now mind you we not only had two drinks, but had 26″ subs on the counter, so we did follow the keytag instructions just fine. The lady told us «you have a kids meal and a foot long, you can’t use this coupon, it’s for 26″ sandwiches.» To which I pointed at our 26″ sandwiches sitting there and said«Um, those are 6″ sandwiches though, right?» I mean I didn’t get out a tape measure or anything, but I guarantee they were dang close. She then tried to tell us that we couldn’t use the coupon on special subs. Ok, that’s understandable, but there’s nothing special about turkey & veggies on one and salami and cheese on the other. Like I said it wasn’t awful food, but it was awful service and next time we’ll opt to go to one of the other restaurants in the area.

I’ve had enough of this Subway. I asked for a veggie sandwich with no mustard and a little bit of mayo. The employee squirted mustard on my sandwich anyway. I told her that I didn’t want mustard but she started arguing with me about how I specifically asked for mustard(she didn’t remember the mayo part). She then asked if it was ok to just wipe it off but of course I said NO since mustard would still be all over it. I don’t know what her problem was, but she sprinkled one handful of lettuce on my sandwich and thought that was acceptable. I asked for more lettuce because it was a veggie sandwich and after sprinkling just a little more lettuce she said that if she added any more she would have to charge me for double veggies. I was confused because I have never been told at any Subway that more veggies cost extra. And the rest of the veggies I asked for were practically non-existent(again, she just sprinkled a little bit of everything) and all the other employees give me at least twice as much of the veggies than this employee did. I have never had such a crappy Subway sandwich in my life.

Goo food but Red haired girl in there is extremely rude you guys can blame her for the bad review. She was very short with my and my gf and thought we were stupid or something for not knowing exactly what we wanted on our sandwhich. Long story short, never going back to this location. This girl needs to be talked to about customer relations.

Subway Sandwiches can be found in Rocky Ridge Plaza, along with Small Cakes and Noah’s Bagels and other good eats. No problems with food or staff; both are A-Ok. Only two stars for them because it needs cleaning! The glass doors were covered inside and out, with toddler-level smears(or doggie nose prints) and there were hand prints at eye level, too. The unisex restroom was entirely nasty. That space between tank and seat? Disgustingly dirty. Top of the sink? Dirty. Floor? Dirty. They need a professional cleaning company to come in and clean top to bottom. And what is the deal with the loud, annoying, whining sound that never stops? Sounds like it’s coming from the soda machine. Good reason to take a sandwich outside!
