Jimmy John’s

Four stars do to how clean and friendly the staff were. The sandwhich was good but just kind of plain. They can’t heat things up which is sorta a bummer since I have to heat my lunch meats because I’m pregnant. Not a super big deal although when i got home to heat my lunch it was a tad soggy. I also added avocado when I got home to help give it some oomph. So all and all if you are starving a near there give it a try otherwise I wouldn’t go out of my way. On a side note after I got my sub I was scrolling fb and I guess the ceo is a big game hunter (lions tigers bears oh my!) and I’m not into supporting that «game». Take care:)

I want to start off by saying I love Jimmy Johns, I’ve been eating there for years while living in Indiana and was excited to see one open in Roseville. I went in today and the music was so loud I could hardly hear the lady taking orders. Not to mention all the workers laughing and joking loudly, who obviously didn’t care about the customers in the store. Everyone in the store was rude, they were more concerned with each other than our order. We ordered 3 sandwiches, none of them came out right. They didn’t put any lettuce on my sandwich! Our orders were not hard, we had no special requests, but a #10, #14 and a BLT. The BLT had such little meat on it that we had to open the sandwich just to make sure they didn’t forget that too!
Obviously this franchise has no clue how a respectable jimmy johns should be run. The service was poor, inadequate and they didn’t even make the sandwiches nearly as fast as other locations. Maybe they should focus less on the music and goofing off and more on doing their job, MAKING SANDWICHES.

Pretty fresh ingredients — have only had the veggie gourmet so far though. They’re quick and staff is friendly. Reasonably priced. Good selection. Nothing too fancy. A little loud inside for me with the tile on the walls there’s some echoing but that’s not unusual. There’s a few small tables outside and inside too.

First trip to Jimmy John’s and though it was rainy (yes I should’ve gone with delivery due to the downpour but didn’t see it coming and I was just across the street) I ordered the Italian club and was happy with it yet there’s 2 drawbacks that kind of were a bummer to me. No jalepenos and no pastrami sandwich offerings, which are both nice options to a sandwich place.(not their fault, but corporate) I’d like to try more of their sandwiches and give them a fairer rating but for now it’ll have to be 3 out of 5.

Tried twice before writing this. First in store visit I got the turkey tom. It was ok. Literally just OK. The bathroom had no hook for my purse and no seat covers. They were not just OUT, THERE ARE NONE. Weird and not cool because I peed on myself trying to gracefully hover over the toilet the day after leg day. Yikes. Luckily I had a long sweater on that day! Experience #2 I was starving at work and since my office is in the delivery area I gave them another chance. Looking at the menu I realized that provolone was the only kind of cheese they have. Huh? Long review short, I got some turkey avocado with bacon delivered quickly for 13.50 including tip and delivery charges. Wow! It was OK. Not worth 13.50! I would also like to see some sort of other condiment options like horseradish or even sliced pickles. …probably won’t go back but i wish them luck.

Pickles over this place. I’ve heard rave reviews about the bread so was excited to try it– but it fell short. We thought the rolls seemed stale and really chewy, not so soft. There also isn’t much seating– only 3 small tables inside. In addition there weren’t hot sandwiches offered, like Firehouse subs– only cold subs. All in all it was ‘meh’ and didn’t blow us away.

I’ve been going to Jimmy John’s for 15+ years as I travel extensively across the country. I’m excited to see that JJ’s came to Roseville which is close to home. I’m never disappointed with Jimmy John’s service or quality. I consistently order the #9 Italian Nightclub however I have ordered other item as well. The Roseville/​Granite Bay community has a sandwich shop on every corner however I believe JJ’s is in the Top 3. Give it a try. They deliver too.
