Came in here on Monday 11÷9÷15. It was raining and we were craving an awesome Subway Sandwich. Upon coming in, there was no rug or carpet by the front entrance. So walking in from the rain onto a wet slippery floor was a little unsettling. It was during lunch rush, so we expect a few extra people in line. The seating inside was set up as best as the it could. We were greeted right away, and got in line. I got an Oven Roasted Chicken with pepper jack cheese, not toasted. My hubby got the Italian BMT with pepper jack, also not toasted. Customer service was great! Everyone was so nice, cheerful, and smiled. Fast delivery is a huge plus in some cases. It was nice for us! We paid, and found a comfortable spot next to the employee door and bathroom door. Like I said earlier, the layout only allowed so much for customer seating. The line was long and if we sat near the middle or front of the store, anyone in line-their butt would be in our faces while we ate. Our sandwiches were the best I’ve had from a Subway. The bread made the whole sandwich. Soft & fresh.. . Yum! We finished, and were told good bye & have a great day as we left.

Clean and friendly fast service but love the customer service sometimes very busy during lunchtime hours

Close to work so I’m here often. Sandwiches are hit or miss depending on how busy they are… when they’re busy they tend to rush and they’re sloppy. I don’t like the Christian music they blare. Not very welcoming to a non-Christian. Bottom line… below average for a Subway.

I come here a lot and usually it is right after church on Sunday(rush hour) or when they are closing. The staff is young but has always been pleasant. I was surprised by the negative accounts. Must be my time of day I am visiting. My only complaint is costs(thus the 4 stars) … My boys order cheese and bacon sandwiches — no veggies no sauces no other meats. Just doesn’t make since to pay that kind of money on bread cheese and bacon. If you are looking for fresh bread great meat selections and packed in veggies — subway is a great place.

My office is very close by so I tend to stop by this location pretty often. I’ve been here enough times that I think this place has gotten a bum rap with its overall ratings. It is always clean, service prompt(they can move through a long lunch line crowd very quickly), and I’ve only ever experienced fresh produce. I don’t come to Subway for small talk or a gourmet dining experience. I come here for their quick assembly line service and a healthier lunch choice that fits into my current caloric diet restrictions. I like their monthly 6″ sandwich specials and the fact that I can get in and out quickly on my lunch hour. My rating is based on cleanliness, speed of service and overall value(adjusted for my expectations at a counter service fast food business).

Subway is one of the most consistent franchise chains there is. Like at most Subways, here you have a broad selection of wilted and soggy vegetables to chose from, all harvested at the peak of freshness… whenever that was. Questionable prep area cleanliness makes you feel like a risk taker, and the miserly topping portions are a friendly reminder that you really should step away from the feed trough more often anyway. They use the finest of cold cuts here, and by that I mean they are sliced so finely that you can read newsprint through them. Each portion of chunked meat is given its own paper tray to ensure it doesn’t get contaminated by anything that might impart flavor. It’s also safe to assume that their avocados are hand-picked by endangered squirrel monkeys, as they charge for 1⁄3 of an avocado what a whole avocado costs ordinarily. This Subway trains its sandwitches(and wizards) very thoroughly. In fact they’re so thorough, they’ll ask you three times in the span of a minute if your sub is for eat in or to go– just to be completely sure. And there’s no need to worry about impersonal, assembly line service. With weeks of experience under her belt, your Subway docent thoughtfully curates each meal. If you ask for just a line of ranch dressing, for example, she might decide it is wisest to give you three. Here’s a sprinkling of olives: you might not have asked for them, but they will really complete that elusive sandwich gestalt. When you leave this Subway, you will have learned the meaning of patience, and that kind of self-realization is worth all the azodicarbonamide in the world.

Someone doesn’t look happy to work there. I was being nice and all, I guess I saved time and energy to have the person make it, and then change my mind, «I don’t want it anymore. Sorry. Not with your attitude first thing in the morning in serving me.» #PoorService #WOW

The girls are so rude here! And if you aren’t a guy, they won’t even acknowledge you! I worked real close by for about 2 years and have been here a few times. They are super rushy(I get it, lunch time gets busy), but don’t rush my while I am trying to order my sandwich, and don’t make my sandwich as if I am a nuisance to you. It’s very annoying. It’s a customer service job, so they should be properly trained or properly hired to do their job right. I am sure they are plenty of young kids looking for work in the area. They sometimes speak Russian to each other also(a lot of the staff appears to be Russian), which I find extremely rude. The only thing I do like about this location is they play Christian music in the background which I think is the owners choice. I am so glad I don’t work near there anymore and never have to go to this Subway again!

Every time I come here they are out of wheat bread and the veggies look questionable. Not to mention they toss ingredients on with no care and often are out of certain ingredients. This Subway sucks.

If I could give this place zero stars, i definitely would. First off let me just say what a horrible and unappealing location this is. It’s right in the middle of a business mall, with all either unopened or shut down businesses, but right in the middle, whoop, there’s a Subway. I was driving down Blue Oaks today and say the subway, which I have never noticed before and I thought to myself I could go for a flatbread. A good friend of mine works nearby so I called her up to meet me there. When entering, not one worker was in sight. No one there to greet us or to better yet, take our order. There was no one in the restaurant either. At noon. Hmm thinking that subways are usually jam packed at noon, maybe we should’ve taken this as a bad sign. When the girl finally came out from the back with her mouth her mouth full of food, she said«what would you like?» How about some service here, or our freakin’ sandwiches!!! She took forever to make 26 inches. we literally were standing there for almost 10 minutes. When she finished making the sandwiches closer to 15 minutes later, another girl comes from the back. Where had she been this whole time to help out. She rang us up for our food, and I am one to keep receipts, so when she asked if I wanted a copy, I said yes. They both just stood there and stared at me. One of them said«We’re out of printer paper for that». WHAT? She then proceeded to try and hand write me a receipt, ON A NAPKIN!!! I just told them forget and and my friend and I stormed out of the store. It wasted more than half of my friends lunch break so she had to go back to work so I ended up eating in my car because no way in hell am I eating in the store. Worst subway experience of my life. Subway really just should get rid of this location, or hire some new workers.

Ok. This is a small Subway shop on Blue Oaks in a newer shopping center. It looks empty but did a steady lunch biz. The place is clean and there us the usual menu. The staff are just ok not very friendly. I don’t need overly but a general concern for customers would be cool. The footlong specials are good and you can be in and out in a flash. There are two four top tables and a two top to eat in but to go is easier. If you are in the area give it a go but there are other choices in the area with better service if you want to go up or back a few exits. If you just want your subway this place works.

Last Friday, I went for lunch and I know there are $ 5 turkey sandwiches. However, I really don’t want the extra carbs so I wanted to get a 6″ turkey with double meat. This would be the same amount of meat as the 12.” I get to the counter to pay and the total is $ 5.50, not $ 5. She charged me for a 6″ double meat. I explained that Subway is keeping more bread and products and it benefits you and the response back was, «this is blowing my mind.» Really, I didn’t think this concept was so difficult to follow. Today, thinking I have the solution, I got a Footlong turkey and asked her to put the meat and cheese on one side of the sandwhich. She said, «I can’t do that.» I asked what she meant, and she said they would charge me for the 6″ Turkey and 6″ Vegetarian. What? how is the sandwich different but where things are placed? This does not make much sense and am therefore informing as many people as I can regarding the practices of Subway.

Service is always crap. Seems I’m mischarged a lot, prob pocketing the money. One time a worker was cleaning the lobby and swept dirt right on top of my foot as I was standing in front of the display. Sandwiches are always good though, but its hard to eff one of those up.

Pro: sandwiches are always neat. Bread is always soft(fresh), fast, and workers are courteous. Cons: lines can sometimes go out the door during lunch hour. Overall: This is the only Subway I will go to in Roseville.

location: 1426 Blue Oaks Boulevard Roseville, CA service is very rushed. Sandwich poorly made. vegetables a little wilted. Not as much meat as I usually get on your sandwiches. The ‘product’ did not seem to meet the Subway standard. Went to another location at 6700 Lonetree Blvd # 300 Rocklin, CA *****stars and had a sandwich made to the standards I am accustomed to at Subway. I tossed the first one and enjoyed the second.
