We had a bad experience with this store location. It is not a corporate owned storefront. The salesman signed us up for a $ 10 upgrade for more data and told us that it would be free for the first month, but when we got the bill it was on the account and I had to spend 30 minutes on the line with T-mobile to get it removed. Also the sales rep number on our bill was for a woman but it was two guys that served us in the store.

Please make sure to rate the correct store. There are 2 T-Mobile stores in Rosedale. There was a Charley at the one by JC Pennys. This one(by Herbergers) has never had a Charley. Thanks :)

This store has to have the worse customer service i have ever had. After having tmobile for 10 years i am disgusted that i was treated this way by what looked like to be a young boy out of highschool with absolutely no experience or customer service skills. I started having problems with my replacement phone from the insurance company through tmobile 6 months after receiving it. I took it to apple to see what they thought and was told… I was sent a FAKE iphone, as in it had missing screws, 3rd party parts and the screen was even tempered with! They sent me to tmobile with a paper stating all of these things to consider. Charley, the young boy who helped us actually had the nerve to accuse ME of temperingg with the iphone, he started off by stating«it clearly doesnt even look like a real iphone» «how are we suppose to know you didnt take it in and swap out parts on your own» excuse me ?! Why would i bring an iphone i supposedly tempered with to get a new one and take it to apple. It was beyond me. He then proceded with talking to his unhelpful«manager» by wispering in the back room with the door cracked open. They later came out and continued with the accusations, snickering, whispering and overall avoiding any communication. They said theyd call the insurance company and let them know but they couldnt do anything for us because«i tempered with the phone myself» i mean seriously, why would i come in and scam for an old version of the iphone, even after having 3 other iphones that have had no problem on my plan for my kids. I spent over a thousand dollars all together on iphones for the family last year. My one daughters had to get replaced due to water damage and she recieves a fake iphone from the insurance company, which i still had to pay a copay of roughly 200 $. Get it together. Do yourself a favor and purchase apple care insurance because their copay isnt as much, youll recieve a REAL iphone, and you wont have to deal with idiots who dont know any thing about customer relations. Charley i hope you and your manager can learn some skills and not accuse customers for problems in the future.

They are out to get your money. Tmobile blatantly lied to me and told me that my change of responsibility means that I will no longer be in charge of the bill anymore. I got bill after bill a month and then two months after my name was off. They forwarded my social security number and name over to collections and because of the change of responsibility, I had no access to the account information. I called customer service and some dude in Alabama answered. He was outright rude, talked over me and then hung up on me claiming that, «Because I have no service with them,» he didn’t have to answer my questions so he hung up on me. I wish I would have had his name or number or something so I could handle the situation better with Tmobile but ooooh well. I called back and tried again, the next lady was nicer except she transferred me to someone out of the country(apparent by bad connection, delay in audio and heavy accent) and this lady pretended to be able to help me but went in circles about how she couldn’t get my account open. It was a spiral of bad connections. I pay for my bills each month and I can’t believe that Tmobile sent my bill to collections. The collections people had more information about the bill and my account than Tmobile. Tmobile had no idea on what was going on with their own accounts. I know they are cheaper in plans and such, but PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE find a different company. I would hate to see this company grow and I barely had their services. They are sneaky and tried to get me to pay the same bill over and over again because they«messed up» on entering information. Its ridiculous. Get straight talk or get a family plan. Its not worth it to deal with companies who tie you into contracts. That’s my two cents!

T-Mobile: please coach your staff members(especially the one that helped me) to build better rapport with your customers(especially those that have been loyal to you for the last ten years). I wanted to upgrade a phone. I’m sorry I didn’t want to upgrade to a smart-phone, as this was for my mother whose fingers have never experienced texting, so I doubt she would want to experience web browsing. And because I wasn’t looking to drop over a hundred dollars, I was automatically put at the bottom of the«cool» list aka«don’t really care about this customer.» The dude merely showed me the flip phones and said, «here you go. That’s what we have. Come get me if you want one» and walked away… When the associate got to looking up my number, he automatically assumed it was my mother’s plan, «mmmmm, no. It’s been my contract. and my contract for the last ten years. My mom uses a cell phone minimally, so there’s no reason for her to have her own plan.» He «reminded» me that there was an $ 18 upgrade charge(which T-mobile has had for that last two or so years… and btw that’s ridiculous!). When I inquired about a loyalty program where things like that get waived, he stared at his screen, «well, that’s why we’re LETTING you TRYOUT out Tmobile internet for free, but you didn’t want to.» Thanks for LETTING me be a member of T-Mobile!(insert bow to associate here). I have no complaints about T-Mobile itself — I love my service and blackberry, but if you’re looking for help or a new phone, avoid this location.
