The people who work here are very unhelpful and don’t seem to know what’s going on. I had a bad experience that could’ve been avoided had they asked questions to see what I needed. Instead I walked out disappointed and irked that the two «service reps» who worked here seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me, and I was the only customer in the store at the time. Will go to the store in The Quarry Center in NE Mpls from now on, they are always helpful and interested in the customer.
