Tim Hortons

Noon on Fat Tuesday and you’re just now getting your paczki’s out? Or maybe you had an early morning rush … I guess I shouldn’t be so judgmental, #shrug, but since I was kept waiting at the counter while the girl yakked on the phone, I had several minutes to look the place over with a critical eye. Thank goodness one of the drive-​thru girls came over to take my order or I’d of really been hard on the place. Not much improvement from the days «Erin» worked here, but at least the current staff isn’t rude, unhappy, insulting and/​or inappropriate like my girl «Erin», #rolleyes. No, I wasn’t traumatized by Erin (at more than one location), why do you ask? Sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on a homestyle biscuit with a double/​double, well made and of good quality, :). Couple guys, possibly regulars, hanging out in the lobby the whole time, wtf?
Somebody run a broom through the place, eh?

well I usually go to this store twice a
IS hit or miss on pleasant workers or not. order is correct most of the time. some employees are outstanding and some do really exude the aura that they would like to be anywhere else but there! sad– guess it is a sign of the times.

Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Staff is very rude and act like they hate their job. They are also always out of something I try to order when I go there.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to! Not to mention, the staffs are rude and unprofessional as well. I will not be a returning customer!

There was a fly in my soup!
I just moved in my house, so my pots and pans were still packed away. My 3 year old woke up with a slight fever. I didn’t want her to eat the usual fast food. I ordered her a chicken noodle soup. Because it was really warm I poured the soup in a separate bowl, and to my surprise a fly, a freakin’ fly came out.

It really doesn’t speak to the quality of the food or drinks when the employees act like they hate being there. Work isn’t fun, for the most part, but at least fake it and roll your eyes and complain about the customers when they leave or when you go in the back room or something.
Management needs to keep an eye out, however they might be the ones doing it too…
Who knows…
And I just realized my sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich has one piece of bacon and no sausage… Yay

I don’t know what’s up with this Tim Hortons, but it has been dissapointing lately.
It started with NO napkins, NEVER a napkin in my bag at the drive thru. It was laughable. Then it was one time when I asked for two dozen donuts, and the girls says, «We don’t have that many» What?
Today I order a blueberry muffin. I pull away, and reach in the bag, and it feels slightly warm, I’m happy, thinking it was just made. As I get to the middle of the muffin, it’s cold, and not room temp cold, but cold like refrigerator cold. Whats going on? Was this frozen and you just warmed them up? It was obviously not freshly made, and I’m trying to figure out how it’s warm or room temp on outside, and refrigerator cold on the inside?
