Worst service ever. Went to get a few donuts and the girl behind the counter could care less anyone was there. Waste of time & money. Saving grace was the maple donut was tasty.

Just stopped by this Tim Horton’s after going to best buy. Went through the drive-​thru and all my mom wanted was the new s’mores drink. The girl rushed us while we were ordering, and when we got up to the window, she handed the drink and it was missing the chocolate whip. The girl had literally the worst attitude ever, which I notice is how all the employees act at every Tim Horton’s I’ve been to in this area. They all seem like they really hate working there and hate their lives. She closed the window and a minute later, opened up and asked if my mom wanted the chocolate whip. Are you serious? Obviously… She took the drink and gave it back to us and didn’t say anything further. She didn’t wish us a great day and I am truly appalled by her behavior. My mom is in love with the smore’s drink and I wanted to treat her, but this experience just made me never want to come back to this store again.

Good Timmy’s. The drive thru was busy in the evening. The girl at the drive thru window was super friendly even though you could see how busy she was. I’m more of a Dunkin Donuts fan but after the great service (and I must admit good coffee) I will be back.

I can’t comment on speed of preparing the order. It seems we always go there during «Off Peak» times so it is pretty easy for them to whip up our order. We are pleased with the consistency of the donuts and the coffee. That is what we always buy. Service seems fine and polite. I like that it is easy to get in and out of this café due to how they designed the building and placed it sideways along Gratiot avenue. The drive through is easy in and out too! Only 4 stars because of price. They still seem a little high compared to the competition (DD)

I love this Timmy’s!!! Never received a burnt cup of coffee yet, service is always friendly, and food is always fresh in the mornings. The asiago sun dried tomato parmesan bagel is the WHIP.

VERY slow!!!
Heres a tip, go inside. Theres ALWAYS a line at the drive through and they never seem to know what they have. «Can i get a plain bagel?» um let me check. «I’ll take 20 timbits, 10 chocolate and…» sorry let me check. Oh we only have 3.
They never seem to have anything either!
I go inside and yes there still slow but, at least its 5min not 15…
6 people working today, the person behind me left. cause after 5 min she still hadn’t been greeted. Pretty sad.
I hardly go here. Just not the best service I’ve had.

I was there a couple days ago and had two young guys working that couldn’t have cared less about doing their job. I tried to order a sandwich but they had NO WHITE BREAD! They have all these sandwiches supposedly available but no white bread to make them with. Then I ordered soup, this yahoo over poured it, it got on his hand which he just flicked onto the floor and wall. I had to tell him three times I wanted 6 sesame bagels. I also ordered an iced Capp and after I had my other stuff and paid he just looked at me with this stupid look on his face, he had forgotten my drink. There was also this young woman walking around all over the back area with no uniform on so I don’t know whether she was an off duty employee or just a friend. VERY unprofessional. There are too many stores around here to go back to this one and I will be letting everyone I know the same thing.

I can’t explain how terrible my experiences have been with this Tim Horton’s. I got food poisoning a week before my wedding. I have had more than one person that worked there ask me if I was SURE they served something I was ordering that was on the board. but the last experience was the final worst one .
so … i got to the store at about 9 40 PM and there is one person working. I ask for 2 –99 cent Items. I wanted the small frozen lemonade and a large raspberry iced tea, I was told at the window my total was 298. no I then explain what the board said * any size iced tea $.99 with free raspberry flavor “, are you sure that was here? hmm … I just READ IT on your board I explain .
so I should have left then. I knew it. I really did but I waited and patiently for my drinks. the lemonade was fine. but the iced tea … how do express how HORRIBLE the tea was. it was warm. it was in a weird cup like from a gas station. and it tasted like poison. I ended up pouring it all out and the next say I realized my sink was BRIGHT RED … I looked at what was left and realized that I was served a full cup of RASPBERRY FLAVORING .
this was so far below parr that I WILL NOT go back to this location. no matter what. what the heck was that kid doing working alone?
