Total Landscape Concepts

We had interviewed a couple landscape companies but weren’t satisfied with either of them for our front yard. We live in a typical older neighborhood and we wanted our lawn removed and replaced with a landscape that doesn’t require a lot of water. Tim understood exactly what we were looking for and he and his crew delivered a landscape that continually receives compliments. They put in drip irrigation, placed rocks, creek, and mounds and have checked back with us a few times since it’s been done. I met with Tim at the nursery to choose plants. It is obvious Tim loves what he does and his crew was professional and courteous. We are SO happy with our front yard now and with the work they did.

Total Landscape Concepts is amazing! We just recently bought a house and TLC came out and fixed our dying, fungus-​infected grass. They mowed, mulched, seeded, and much more! They also fixed our sprinkler system so that the water actually watered our yard and not our neighbors. Not only did they do a great job on the lawn, but they gave us helpful information on how to take care of our lawn and how to protect it from the awful fungus! Plus, John was super helpful and attached string to our fence so that I could access the gate latch without going all the way through the house to get into the backyard. Great service and wonderful guys! I highly recommend TLC!

TLC is Awesome! Tim, the owner, is great to work with — very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding — oh and did I mention he does great work? We got a new retaining wall, new fence, and artificial turf in front and back yards. Tim really worked with us to stay in our budget but still deliver high quality products and workmanship. He suggested excellent options that we were really pleased with. So many of our neighbors have been impressed with the work! We liked them so much, we are having TLC back to do our landscaping. Highly recommend!

We found Total Landscape Concepts on Angie’s List when browsing for artificial turf installers. My husband called and spoke with the owner, Tim, and he let him know that they were very busy but if we let him know what we were thinking of he could get us a quote and a timeline. My husband sent over the info we had and Tim came back with a quote. We originally thought it was a little high, but really didn’t know how much it would cost in the first place to install this type of landscaping. Tim said that he would encourage us to call around and get other quotes so that we would know this was a fair deal. We called 3 other places and Tim’s quote was under all of theirs, so we felt confident with the pricing. Tim let us know that he had an opening in his schedule for a month and a half out and if something opened up sooner he would let us know, so we scheduled it.
Tim came out a couple of weeks later to measure the yard as well as bring us samples of turf to choose from. He was very professional, informative, friendly, and reassuring that this would be an investment that we would get a lot out of.
Tim and his team arrived the day we had them scheduled and got right to work. His 2 – 3 employees were very courteous, clean, professional, and friendly. Tim checked in with my husband throughout the day discussing some items like drainage lines that were already established under the soil, previous piping, drip irrigation, etc. By the end of day two everything was complete and the yard was transformed. They cleaned everything up and even took out some extra dirt piles we had in the yard from before, and sprayed down the patio and swept up the whole area. We were beyond thrilled with the outcome. What we really appreciated was all the extra work and care that Tim and his team provided, beyond just the turf installation. We had an eye sore of a hose spout and sprinkler controls that he changed out and re-​did the drip irrigation for the rest of the yard so that we wouldn’t have to dig anything up in the future. He even used the remaining crushed granite material he had to cover the dirt path and give the yard a finished look.
Thanks to Total Landscape Concepts, we were ready to host a party that weekend. We highly recommended Tim and his team and are very happy with the outcome!
