I’m not going back. Wings are just average with below average sauces. Employees we’re eating in the kitchen and the dining room needed attention

Dry-rub bone-in are the way to go. Next time I would not get boneless. You can do combos or just get a bunch of wings. I prefer the latter and mix flavors.

Back in Texas I fell for these wings and I am so excited that there is one near my home! I love these wings! Best around…

Getting this location in Minnesota was a huge blessing. Whenever I got the craving I come here for lemon pepper wings with the bones, ranch sauce, fries with extra seasoning on the side and a pop. I was introduced to that exact order in 2008 and never looked back! They cook the wings right when you order them so you always get fresh, hot chicken.

Wait was long. You’d think all they do is deep fry the wings and put sauce on it and mix it? Went the food arrived the wings and fries were super SALTY. Won’t be coming back.

Do not confuse wing stop with pizza hut’s wing street-they are worlds apart! I like that everything is made to order, dig the WW2 décor, pretty reasonable pricing. I tried the Serrano sauce and it was different in a good way-citrus and spicy. I’ll be back to try the other sauces. I’d give it 5 stars I’d they had a coke freestyle machine.

This was my first time at this location and was not disappointed! I had the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings and both of them were super flavorful, and perfectly crispy. And of course no wing meal is complete without some fries. the cheese fries were perfectly salted and the dipping cheese was delicious. Aside from the great wings I also liked that the food came out fairly quickly even though it was made to order. The store representatives were also very welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. Overall a great experience!

I don’t understand all the complaints, but I am a fan of Wingstop! I work within the mall so I eat it pretty often for lunch or afterwork especially on Mon and Tues when the boneless wings are only 60 cents. I usually get lemon pepper and parmesean garlic my favorite! The breading is really good, having tried traditional wings yet. Also don’t forget to get their fries… mmmm the seasoning is super addictive. The staff is really accomadating and nice so I never had an issue, will continue to come back!

Just stopped in here tonight. Hubby and I are in a wing kick trying them from everywhere :) We got the mango habenaro and the teriyaki wings and fries with blue cheese sauce. The blue cheese sauce was out of this world, i dont know if they make it or just portion it out but it was fantastic. The fries were also good. Not very crispy but the flavor was good. The wings were ok. The MH wings were very spicy, more spice than flavor but they are 2nd from the top. I would get them again though. The teriyaki werent our taste, they had a srong flavr but seemed to be missing something. But that could be us. The staff was friendly, the cashier got on her phone everychance she got but she served us quickly. Definitely trying here again. Way way wayyy better than BWW in my opinion.

I remember the first time eating at Wingstop in Illinois. One word that comes to mind… Fries. After finding out that there’s a Wingstop opening in Minnesota, I had to go. The chicken wings was a bit small(as expected), but it makes it extremely easy to eat and savor the several flavors they provide. Combos, in my opinion, are worth the price. For roughly 10 bucks, you’ll get your choice of 2 flavors, a boat of their wonderful french fries(comes in different seasons too), sauce of choice, and a drink! French Fries are absolutely amazing. Full of crunch. Mixed with salt and sugar. Maybe a little crack(Kidding). Employees are nice, and friendly for the most part. Overall, other than the small sized chicken wings, Wingstop is my girlfriend and I go-to spot every week.

Went in there since 11:02 and at about 11:10 we had gotten our receipt stating that our food was on its way to being prepared. The cashier said that it would take 14 minutes to be prepared. There was another guy behind us who ordered and he had gotten his order before us.(NOTE: he didn’t order online, he walked in and ordered) there was more than 5 people who ordered after us and got their meal before we did. At around 11:45, the guy FINALLY gave us our order and now our fries and possibly our meal is pretty cold. This shit pisses me off. Alright!!! Now I’m mad! Not only did we get cold ass food that has been sitting on the counter for a long period of time! Once we got home, I had open the lid off from one of sauce and on that lid. Was a piece of freaking hair! Not just one! But like three!!! It doesn’t end there! The chicken was half raw and chewy! And when I was about to finish my last bite! There just happens to be another piece of hair! !!! didneidveodhcsuoafafyeppwksbosgwisowvsosboshsosvwyaskevoejeeodoeh seriously! They should probably start wearing hair nets! Never coming here again, just go to bdubs people! This place doesn’t deserve no star and I’m not over exaggerating! PS. For the person who asked if this was for Roseville, MN yes. I am referring to this location. No disrespect to your place because coming from California, I am a huge fan of this food chain. This food chain in particular just disappoints me is all. –it’s Roseville minnesota

I’m a big fan of wing stop as a whole… My personal favorite store is the one in Vegas that is huge with TVs etc. Anyhow I was really excited to hear a wing stop was coming to St Paul. I’ve been there a few times, I’ve eaten in and taken out. To be honest, the sauces are pretty standard… Just like going to the bdubs at the mall and the bdubs in stadium village and ordering mango habanero expecting the same flavor, wing stop sauces are the same everywhere. My personal favorite is the Hawaiian. The BBQ is also very good. I’m not a huge fan of the fries at this location… They seem to be different every time… Sometimes no seasoning, sometimes overly salty… one time they were perfect. The location is clean, and open late. The service is fine for a counter service restaurant. I find the employees are sometimes uninterested in helping as they seem busy chatting, but that isn’t the end of the world in this casual type of atmosphere. I can’t say I’m overly wowed by this location… It’s solid and I’ll go back, but I’m not writing home about how great it is. I’m also not a fan of owners who aren’t humble. If people are writing honest reviews with criticism for your business, you need to put your pride to the side and do what you can to improve customer experience. Bring passive aggressively rude just makes people want to be extra critical. Customer service MAKES the difference between a 4 and 5 star review for me, and I’m sure I’m not the only one to think that way.

My significant other and I decided to try out this place since he was craving wings and he intensely enjoys the ones of boneless variety. I was honestly expecting the experience to be a bit on the mediocre side due to the reviews on Unilocal. We ordered the half an half because I am more of a traditional wings person myself. I was a bit taken back by the idea that the napkins were on a roll; however, being a knowledgeable person I grabbed them prior to eating. When the food came out it was very food and smelled delicious. The bundle came with 2 drinks, wings, fries and 2 dips. I ordered cajun seasoning and my other ordered the hot; I believe. For dips we had ranch. The fries were actually really good. They had a much different seasoning than most other places where it is just iodized salt. This had something different; brown sugar maybe? I personally didn’t like the cajun seasoning; but I have never had cajun seasoning myself, so no fault to them. The traditional wings were good and meaty. As for my other, I know that he enjoyed the boneless wings and the hot seasoning. Overall; for the price and service I would say that it was pretty good. Point: If you’re sick of the loud atmosphere at Bdubs and the overwhelming stragetic use of lots-of-female-waitresses &ESPN everywhere I would recommend coming here. The price is affordable and the quality of food is comparable to bdubs.

God help me, I hate to pile on with the bad reviews, but here we go. It’s counter service, and the people that help use were all very courteous. We ordered the seasoned fries, atomic, and the mild buffalo traditional wings. Sat down and I noticed no napkins on the table for me, a big downer, wings are messy. I looked around, found a brown roll of institutional looking paper towels up by the register, so I ripped a couple of sheets off it, I get messy and need quick access to napkins. So that kind of sucks. Someone called my name, the order was ready. The gal warned me careful with the atomic wings they are hot!!! Well maybe hot for your typical Minnesotan, not this guy, these wings were not even close to BWW blaze’in wing sauce which has some heat to them. Disappointing! Now on to the seasoned fries, they were some of the saltiest fries I’ve ever eaten, the sweetness of ketchup barely made them editable. My other half had the mild, they were swimming in a greasy sauce and just did not like them, and commented to me on the small size also, mine were small too. I did not like that we were not given more paper bowls to put our bones in, like other wing joints in town. I was there on a weekend afternoon and it was not very busy, the time I spent at the restaurant there was dirty tables that had not been cleaned up. To sum it up for me, the wings were average at best, fries super salty, will I try them again? Maybe.

New friend Vy turned me on to this place. I judge everything by buffalo wings. After Tracy’s and Runyon’s in the North Loop, it’s kind of like no zombie movies are the same if you’re the generation of Night of the Living Dead and Dawn of the Dead. It’s a new place on the CR B side of the mall. Vy has a sentimental attachment to this chain. I don’t share the same rose colored glasses and would like to share some of my favorite wings with her that are not chains. Counter guy very nice and helpful. Then another guy brings them. They really belong more in the movies than here. Then a white woman appears and is waiting on some guy. It was almost like an insincere familiarity was going on, using his first name a lot. That kind of thing, I thought before I left she’d know the size of his underwear.

First time there. Had the traditional lemon pepper, Louisiana rub, atomic wings, and fries. Some of the worst wings I’ve had. They were completely dried out and overcooked. The lemon pepper and Louisiana rub were so salty I could hardly eat them and the atomic wings had way too much sauce on them, I wiped most of it off. They were also tiny, the dummies were barely bigger then my thumb. The fries were limp, soggy and undercooked. Not recommended.

On my first trip here I tried the garlic parmesan wings and was able to sample the Cajun, Louisiana rub, and mild wings from Matt. How is it possible to mess up every single one? Finished my fries, which were good and the only reason why they get one star. It didn’t help that the wings and chicken strips were the same size either. I plan on avoiding this place like the plague.

If you were to read my food blog(link in my profile), you would find that I’m not a big fan of chain’s, I’d much rather spend my time eating at restaurants that are locally owned, food tends to be that much better. Chains simply do not provide quality food, i.e. Crapplebees, Badback, etc. However, as a person that thoroughly enjoys wings and knows plenty about the world of buffalo wings, I had to test out the wings at the newest wing provider to the Minneapolis/St. Paul market. My co-workers and I, one of which informed me about Wingstop, decided to cater wings for lunch one day. We ordered up a dozen wings a piece and all 4 of us got a different flavor so we could try the variety offered. We went with the following sauces, Louisiana Rub, Original Buffalo, Hawaiian and Lemon Pepper Rub. Our favorites were the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper Rub and the Louisiana was one of my top 2 or 3 favorites at this point and time. What an awesome rub! The Lemon Pepper was also a very tasty rub, I enjoyed the zing it brought. The Original Buffalo simply wasn’t hot enough, but had some good flavor to it and the Hawaiian, well… Nothing to really brag about with this sauce. Wings have a pretty good size to them, cooked just right and I would good back again. This is a place that could compete with BW’s and if they can stay consistent with their food(too many restaurants simply aren’t), they’ll do just fine in this market. Looking forward to trying some of your HOT sauces at the top of the list to see if Wingstop can«Bring It!».

Wings were pretty decent here, but then again it is pretty hard to mess up wings! I was super excited to see a wingstop open up in MN! It brings back nostalgic memories of me and my besties hanging out together back in high school in CA. I will be back for more wings since they are pretty decent!
