Pizza Hut

1.5 hours for delivery on a Tuesday night, cold pathetic looking pizza, and the wings… Soggy chewy cold and sauce less
In special notes I said not to ring bell… which is in large print on the ticket

Horrible experience with Pizza Hut. Apparently, in Minnesota, they’ve now changed to a call center system. I couldn’t find parking for the restaurant (which is extremely difficult to get to), so I tried calling. The woman at the call center could not give me the information and said it was not possible to speak to the restaurant directly. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. Worst customer service ever!

After my daughters KG graduation event ended, the kids were starving and as a treat they voted on Pizza Hut (yes, they asked for it by name). So a quick search online and the nearest one was on Snelling and Larpentuer.
We walk in around 545pm and the restaurant is empty. Not a single person! Since there was a «Please wait to be seated» sign we waited. 5 minutes go by and I decide to fronton the counter to get someone’s attention. Once I got someone’s attention she rudely asked me what I wanted. I asked if they are open (since there wasn’t anyone there) and if we could get a table? She responded: «what are you waiting for don’t you see the tables?» I tell her there is a sign telling us to wait. She rolls her eyes at me and the kids and says, «well sit where ever you want!» Again no smile no emotion, she was acting as if we were trespassing, not customers! I decide that was enough and decide to leave. No wonder the place was empty. Kids start crying because they are hungry and wanted pizza! You need to do something about your staff! Avoid this place!!!
So back to google to find another place to eat… We find Toppers pizza across the street. They were great, and guess what super busy!

Wow. Ordered two pizzas tonight online, estimated time of delivery was one hour later. Which is already a long time. Hour passed… no pizza. Called and after being on hold 10 minutes I was told the pizza was on its way. One hour after that… no pizza. When it arrived we already knew it left the oven an hour before and sure enough, it was cold. And they ran out of breadsticks so they sent garlic toast instead. So after waiting 2 hours for cold pizza and garlic toast instead of breadsticks we were given two options by the delivery driver: keep the cold pizza and heat it in the oven with no credit or refund, or give up the pizza and get a refund. We took the refund. Unreal.

I ordered online for a carry out order from here and they were all out of the pizza crust that they’ve been advertising for weeks. If you’re gonna spend that much time getting me to try Pizza Hut again… because yes I’m one of those people who isn’t into chain pizza. Then don’t run out of it; manage an inventory. What a bunch of losers.
Also, I saw a Bing review that a delivery driver took a bite out of someone’s pizza. Disgusting. So I guess this is never happening.
