You may as well call Domino’s or any other delivery service.. . The customer service and quality at this location is below average. I have ordered from this location about 8 times. The quality of the ingredients are average. However if your orders are done incorrectly.. Or if you don’t take the care in spreading out the ingredients.. Why bother? If you want a mound of cheese and veggies on bread.. Order from those place. .ugh. My reward for ordering at papa Johns.. Papa points. which mean free pizza.. They resent giving you the free pizza.. Okie dokie. Never again freon this location. . I can make my own fattening garlic sauce and bread from scratch.. totally worth it!

I called to order after I messed up ordering online and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My boyfriend and I decided the delivery guy, Pete, was the best delivery person we had ever had. 10⁄10 would order again

We get pizza about 2x per month at Papa Johns. We think they’re the best and most consistent we’ve found in the Como/Roseville area. They are much much better than Domino’s, Pizza Hut or Papa Murphy’s for about $ 2 more per large pie. The only negative thing is that delivery always takes at least 40 minutes and often 50 – 60 minutes. That is too long especially given that our pizza night is the first half of the week when you’d think business would be slowest.

Ok so my husband and i used to be regular customers of this location. They have cheap, decent, fast pizza. You can order online and get free pizzas too. However, we stopped eating there when i was eating leftover pizza for lunch, and i found a bug baked into the cheese. I don’t know if was a beetle or a small cockroach, but the bottom line is i will never eat here again.

My husband and I ordered pizza from this location this weekend. It was pretty average Papa John’s pizza overall. They had a 2 large pizza deal going on so we did that figuring its never a bad thing to have leftover pizza. The toppings were plentiful an good quality. We had it delivered and it was on time and hot, which is more than I say for other chain pizza joints around my area. So that was a bonus for them!

I actually like Papa John’s pizza. Pretty good for a chain. Way better than Domino’s and it edges Pizza Hut in my book. The reason for the 2 stars is that this location doesn’t offer pickup after 9 pm. This is incredibly frustrating when it’s right across the street from where you live. When its 9 or later on weekend(or any night for that matter) and my stomach is in the mood for some pizza, I find it ridiculous that they would have to drive one block to my house. I have lived in a much worse neighborhood and I would pick up pizza at Papa Johns at 2 in the morning. They need to change this rule.

I have one question… how do they cook the pizza to get the cheese so lumpy and dissipated? Every time I order pizza from this place, the cheese is the worst part. Never have I bit into a slice and pulled away with a stretchy string of cheese still connected to the slice. How do they avoid the natural law of cheese behavior? Their cheese reminds me of thick oatmeal. The rest of the pizza is not bad though. The garlic butter dip is the best thing to happen to crust since dogs. The sauce, dough and toppings are pretty standard for a chain. And they do manage to crank out good deals every now and then… but the cheese… I can’t get over it… that’s why I’ve stopped ordering pizza from Papa John’s.
