My wife and kids love this place. They treat them really well. I got a pedicure here last week and was very happy. Very clean inside.

Don’t listen to any of these dumb reviews. The women who wrote these reviews are the reason Long Island especially Roslyn has such a bad rep. The staff here is lovely, courteous and diligent. They are extremely hardworking and they deserve only praise for their work. My entire family comes here almost every week and we are treated wonderfully. Everyone we have referred to this location has also had an excellent experience. 6 stars!

Beautiful and clean, Dashing Diva is one of my favorite local nail salons. All of its technicians seem highly trained and take pride in their work. Young, the manager, always makes you feel at home. I highly recommend experiencing a mani or pedi and cannot wait for my next service.

It’s nice and clean inside but that’s it!!! I got a manicure on Saturday and by Monday my nails looked horrible!!! I don’t know if they put something in their polish to make it last longer for them and less for their customers but it was by far one of the worst manicures I’ve gotten!!! It didn’t even last!!! All my nails chipped and they didn’t even clean my cuticles well. It’s not cheap either. There are so many better places to go to. It’s a shame because it’s nice and clean and it makes you want to go to a place like this but not when they’re not doing a good job and $ 15 manicure doesn’t last more than a day!

My manicure lasted probably only 10 minutes, there was no hand massage, and the polish started chipping off by the next day. Most expensive manicure I ever had. but luckily I was not there for long because I was getting sick of listening to these two snobby women loudly bragging about who had the more expensive designer purse.

The shellac manicure only lasted for a day. I made an appointment with a specific person for waxing, but she decided to take another client so the owner took over and the owner did an awful job. Then, the owner tried to force me to give a 20% tip after receiving such horrible service. Never again!

Interesting that I go to write this review and I see someone else only days ago was disappointed with their service. I booked the Spoiled Diva pedicure. When I sat in the chair, the nail tech could barely speak English and was trying to convince me to get a Spa pedicure. When I asked her what the difference is, she says«honey, aloe, ummmm…» then turns to the manager and says something in another language. The manager proceeds to try to up-sell me on the Spa pedicure — they both started going, «oh you have callouses, and very dry skin.» The Spoiled Diva pedicure already came with some callous treatment, so they were basically trying to sell me something I didn’t need. And I don’t have terrible callouses — I use a pumice stone at home. The pedicure was fine and it was nice that they don’t use whirlpool tubs and they autoclave the instruments(I was spoiled with that in Boston so I was excited this place had the same setup). The Spoiled Diva pedicure is supposed to come with a 10 minutes foot/leg massage, but it certainly didn’t feel like it lasted that long(being pregnant a 10 minute massage would have been wonderful!). I decided when I walked in to get a manicure as well, so we go over to the manicure station after the pedi was done and get started with that. Then she stops just before polishing and says«You pay,»(which is pretty typical for around here) so I give her my card. When she walks away I look at the phone, and I’ve only been in the place 40 minutes — which means my 45 minute pedicure was seriously short-changed. I looked at my fingernails and she cut them in such a weird shape, I ask her to fix them when she comes back. She does some filing, but I don’t think she understood what I was looking for. She polishes them and I sit under the dryer thinking they were okay. When I left the store, I realize my fingernails look like crap — she did a total rush-job on the polishing. I’m glad I didn’t leave a full 20% tip. Due to the language barriers(the entire time I didn’t hear a word of English exchanged), I didn’t bother going back in to complain. I’m just going to any one of the myriad other salons around(and take my chances with the whirlpool tubs).

This place Scammed me and gave me the worst manicure ever… Do not go here. I saw online that this chain was amazing and has the most colors of any nail salon so of course I wanted to check it out! But I guess not all franchise locations are the same. I made appointments for my mom, sister in law, and me for mothers day. Upon calling I asked how much a new set of uv gel would be they said $ 40. I thought what a great price! I walked in … Almost no colors. Went to pay they charged me Double the prices they had originally told me then proceeded to tell me they said those were starting out prices. I’m sorry but it is a nail salon it’s a manicure or it’s not it’s not extra work on anything? That’s absurd to charge me double what you say… That’s called a scam and the manager is a liar. She flat out said oh for your sister in law I charge only 15 $ for a regular mani and 15 $ for regular pedi. Funny thing is she charged her 60(double what she said). My nail got a nick and I ask her to fix it she puts a coat over the huge hole… Are you joking? Ask her again I paid 80 $ for this manicure Abd it looks like garbage fix it. Does the same thing. A third time I say take it off and redo it! The manager proceeds to pat my shoulder and say oh it’s ok honey. It’s not okay you scammed and lied to me I will not tolerate that disrespect. I got ripped off And lied to do not go here!!!
