Volition Vapor

Doesn’t back the product they sell. Bought a KangerTech SubVod starter kit to quit smoking. Original coil lasted a week and a half. SSOCC coils didn’t last a day. Leaked like crazy. Was told by employees when I purchased that each coil lasted a week to two weeks. Took them back and they had no interest in refund or exchange. Kangertech online wasn’t helpful either so I won’t be buying Kanger anymore either. Didn’t want to buy another mod box from Volition but needed coils to vape so I purchased the Kanger Clapton Coil while there because the ratings are a bit better than the SSOCC, but they still leak, just not as bad. Been a week since I bought the Claptons and am on the 3^rd one already, and that 3^rd one is the worse of the 3 because I filled my tank last night and woke up to ¼th of a tank full of juice. Of course I’m sure I’ll have no luck with Volition so their is no point on going back.

This place was my first… got me started and off cigarettes. I’ve since been to several other establishments and no other compares. Awesome customer service, fair prices, convenient hours, high quality products. Remains my all time fav. Forever in my heart as my first!

Very friendly. Good selection of liquids. Authentic stuff only, which for me is a drawback… But isn’t for everyone.

This is the best vapor shop in the area in my opinion. The selection of vapor pens, mechanical mods, regulated mods, rebuildable atomizers, tanks, and ejuice is really good. They sell great quality juice and there are a lot of flavors to choose from.

My wife was having trouble using the patch while attempting to quit smoking. We made a trip to Volition Vapor based on a close friends recommendation. I am happy to say that my wife loves it! The customer service we received was unparalleled and the selection of flavors was extensive. I am optimistic that my wife will be successful in no longer smoking thanks to Volition Vapor. I recommend all my other smoker friends pay a visit and try it out. I live about 45 minutes away so I am looking forward to on-​line ordering, I will remain a good customer!

First, and most importantly, Rob and Darren know vaping. Whether it be setting up a new vaper with an appropriate starter kit, or helping a more advanced vaper with a sub-​ohm coil, they’ve got you covered. It’s evident that though they are (of course) in business to make money, they realize that building loyalty through honesty is the best way to do that.
I’ve been to Volition more than a few times now, and every visit is a great experience.
You’ll find their eJuice lines to be very good, and they make it easy for you to sample every flavor they’ve got. Their hardware lineup may not be huge, but like their service, it covers the needs of novice to advanced vapers. It’s worth noting too, that they don’t sell junk.
As for pricing, they are very reasonable. Can you look online, order from China, wait, wait some more, hope that what you ordered works, and save a couple bucks? Yes you can. Or, you can appreciate the fact that when you walk into Volition, you can see and hold what you’re interested in, leave with it, and support a local brick and mortar business with great people inside, for just a couple of dollars more.
This is an easy five star review to write, because their shop is really that good. Stop in, and I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

I wanted to update my review as I have had many great experiences since my first couple of visits. Rob and Darren are just incredible. Knowledgeable and they make the whole experience like visiting a candy store.
Volition also has a great inventory for everyone, from someone looking to quit to the advanced vaper looking to up their game. Often, they have the new toy or that perfect piece to complete your collection.

Out of all the little local cape shops that have opened up around the area, this one happens to be my favorite. Most places have outrageous mark ups on simple ce4 clearomizers that you can buy for like 2 bucks online. Not this shop.
Everything I’ve bought from these guys has been awesome. Though they don’t make their own juice, they do carry evo and vapor chef. Which are priced accordingly.
I recently had to grab a new tank and battery because I lost mine and the prices were hard to beat anywhere else.

I went there today pretty new to vaping and with some questions. The one employee Darren might have given me the best customer service I have ever received in any kind of business. He was not only very knowledgable but more than willing to help show me the process step by step to make alterations to the vape. I left a happy customer and will definitely be going there for all of my future purchases.

I love this place! There’s a huge selection of e-​juices you can taste test to find which ones are for you. I love vaping Notella by The Vapor Chef, best flavor by far. TVC is a local e-​juice co (Bristol) and their stuff is soo good that it was on Colbert’s show! Their flavor «Colbert’s Wonderful Nuts» is also a really good one.
The owner, Rob, is super helpful and definitely knows what he’s talking about. Any problems I’ve had, he’s fixed for me and explained everything so I could avoid messing things up again, or how to fix it myself if I did.
It’s a really great vape shop with friendly, helpful staff. I went in there with no knowledge other than I knew I wanted to quit smoking cigs. Definitely the best vape shop in the area, hands down!

Think I found my new brick and mortar! Was having an issue with my current rig and Rob helped me find something that worked a lot better. Was also able to try a few different juices while there and of course they were great and had to purchase some. The shop was very nice, not thrown together in a few days. Selection was perfect for both people new to vaping. Highly recommend stopping!

Just quit smoking and figured I needed to find a nicotine alternative to beat it. Walked in knowing nothing at all. Employee was patient, helpful and extremely informative. These guys get it. The one guy that works there was very helpful. he was very straight up and upfront about the current juice I had and I like that and he was very funny as well
