After having a sub-par experience at Preferred Vapor, I was in dire need of informed, helpful people to make my early stages of vaping pleasant and informative– and that is exactly what I got from Bank Bru. The people who have helped me have only gotten better as I’ve continued going, and their rewards program is an excellent incentive to return. Their service has been flawless, and unlike Preferred, if I come to the shop with my boyfriend, they sell to BOTH of us, not just him. I ask to try flavours at Bank Bru (they have soooo many!!), and whoever is helping me brings what I ask for and another of their choice that they think I may like. Their flavours are a lot lighter than most people since they don’t use PG, but I am a huge fan of them. I didn’t buy my starter kit from them, but they still help me if I have issues. I regret not going to them first, but I am definitely going to stay loyal to Bank Bru if they keep up what they’re doing.

Juices I’ve had aren’t very flavorful. Aren’t these also the super unpleasant people who worked at and ruined vaporphoxxe’s reputation?
I’m willing to give them a chance as long as they’ve had an attitude adjustment since moving shops.
Not sure if the juices are still VG based. Would be great if extra flavor was an option.

I’m glad to see that my favorite juice line has found a new home in a great new location. The new store front is huge and plenty of parking is available.
For those that haven’t tried this line of juice, you are getting a very high quality blend and a plethora of flavors to choose from. My current favorite is Kiwi Splendor.
