Taylor and Jamie just left a short while ago after doing a superb job of cleaning a nasty, solid white line and milky white area of calcium off our pool tiles.
They were on time, on budget, efficient, informative (I’m a novice pool owner), and friendly.
And best of all, the salt blasting technique not only did a good job of cleaning the tile, but since it causes no damage to the tiles, they will likely last the life of the pool.
This approach may be a few bucks more than other methods, but in the long run we should save by not having to replace tiles.
Am I satisfied??? 100%!!!

Taylor and Deep Blue Pool Service did an amazing job on my pool tile. (See a few before/after photos that I posted). He was on time, worked non-stop, and left my pool looking like new! (Seriously — no exaggeration). I am so happy that I chose them to do this work. It was well worth the cost.

Karl and Linda at Deep Blue Pool Service were recommended to us by our «pool guy.» They were very timely for every appointment, a pure delight to work with, very helpful, understanding and helped us to understand very specifically what they would do and how it differed from others. I liked them SOOO MUCH, I would even love to call them friends. But, that aside, the job was EXCELLENT, TOP NOTCH, and I am so very pleased. We added a little extra at the last minute and they were so helpful and willing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. Honestly, I want to keep typing, they were outstanding to work with. I can’t say enough about Karl and Linda of Deep Blue Pool Service. I know who’s who in our pool service community (I own a pool service, Mike the Poolman, and we are competitors) and I never even considered anyone else when it came time to have my swimming pool tile cleaned. I’ve seen their before and after work many times and they never fail to satisfy.
Honest, sincere, excellent communicators, great community involvement and flat out just wonderful people. I highly recommend them.

I am just buying a house and was price shopping for a pool service. I got all my numbers from Carl and when I told him that I wrote everything down and I would call him back when I was done with my «price shopping» I got a condescending laugh and a goodbye.
Oops, so much for this place doing buisness with me and my green pool, that doesn’t have a working pool light, a timer needing to be installed on the sweep pump, a gfi outlet needing to be replaced for the light, a sweep that needs to be purchased, and a 12 month contract.

Great Tile Cleaning Job! 1^st off, I found them via the Internet. I like the fact that they (Linda) communicates via email, phone and quickly coordinated the schedule (mostly by email). In my opinion this is a very professional way to do business. Karl showed up with all the proper equipment (neat and organized) and was very knowledgeable about the tile cleaning business. It was also extremely apparent to me that they were experienced and knowledgeable about the entire pool operation and maintenance business. The job was finished and looked great! I found them on the internet and will use them again… They were friendly, reliable and dependable! Highly recommend… A+++++ (5 stars).
