Andrews Security Inc

I have been using Andrews for several months now. They did the low voltage inside wiring of my home and also the installation and monitoring of the alarm system. They are great at the alarm stuff, but I wouldn’t recommend them for surround sound wiring.
What’s I liked:
1) Monthly prices are reasonable. At $ 35 per month for wireless monitoring plus total connect it is a pretty good deal. Not the cheapest (that would be EMC Security which charges $ 30.99) however they are pretty competitive on price of add-​ons and I trust them.
2) The people are super nice and very helpful. I really have felt all the people who have come to my house are nice people and customer oriented. To me this is worth the slight premium for the service. I like doing business with these guys.
What I didn’t like:
1) When they did the surround sound wiring they installed the cheapest grade of wiring. I assumed they would use quality speaker wire, but they used cheap stuff. They charged top dollar for this low quality wiring and they didn’t offer me a choice of upgrading to better wire. Still annoyed about this a year later.

No contract, cheap service and top notch service = my home security business. It was nice how the owner, not a salesman, came out to my house to give me a quote. Very knowledgable and professional.
Give these guys a chance, you won’t regret it.
