Awful!!! Customer service is terrible! I only gave them one star, because you can’t give no stars! I took some curtains there to be hemmed and the seamstress did a horrible job. My three year old could have cut a straighter line. Plus she left only a 1 inch hem (standard for curtains in 6 inches), so there was no material to work with to fix them. I took the curtains back and asked the man that works there if he could check with her to see if she still had any of the fabric left, but to call me first before she did anything. No one ever called me. I had to call them repeatedly (no one ever answers the phone) and finally he said my curtains were ready!!! What? I was sure they’d be too short now, since she didn’t keep any of the material, but he advised me to take the home and see. I took them home and they were just as bad as before. It was obvious she had done nothing to them. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he’d check with his boss and promised he would call me back. Again, no one called me and I had to call them several times. When I finally got ahold of him he said he asked her and she won’t refund my money. He said she was independent from them, but refused to give me her phone number. Then he basically said it was my fault and I should have taken them somewhere else, because they only do dry cleaning. Why then do they advertise they do alterations and why did they say they’d do it in the first place? My husband has been taking his dry cleaning there for a long time (they are cheap and on his way to work) and that’s how they treat good customers?! Absolutely terrible! There are a lot of other good cleaners in this area. I highly suggest you find somewhere else!!!
