Dear Frontgate,
Please upgrade the quality of your merchandise at this outlet! My wife and I were very excited to go check out this outlet store as we love the quality, selection and stellar customer service of Frontgate online! What a disappointment. The storefront looks really appealing until you enter the place. Some merchandise was so damaged I expected to see it selling for practically nothing. It wasn’t! Maybe 20% off of new. And monogrammed towels selling at a slight discount? Really?! I guess if it were your lucky day you may find matching initials but highly unlikely. Maybe we came into the store when they had a slump of some pathetic inventory… after all we get that it’s an outlet store. On the day we visited though, it just seemed like nothing there was in good shape and everything was insanely overpriced. I’ll try again next time I’m in Georgia and see if there is any better merchandise, but our first visit was a huge disappointment.

This place is a complete joke-​overpriced, damaged merchandise that one could most likely find at any Marshall’s/home goods — T.J. Maxx, or any good estate sale or yard sale at a fraction of the price. When we inquired as to whether the store took additional discounts off of its goods (after all it is an outlet store) –The sales lady responded saying «no we don’t take anything else off these items, we know what we paid for them”-chuckling as she was proud to make that statement. We left and thought they clearly have ineffective buyers as the prices they are asking do not sell to the public… Especially when all the goods have conspicuous damage to them.
