Jimmy John’s

I’ve ordered from this Jimmy Johns probably about a dozen times and dropped in for an eat once.
Not anymore.
On many occasions they would mess something up, like, the sides or the toppings. not anything that I couldn’t live without but the chances of getting a perfect order were ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Not a great track record and I really was just waiting for something seriously wrong to happen to let me know, hey, maybe I shouldn’t order here anymore.
The seriously wrong thing was when I ordered online as normal and an hour came and went. I tried to call the restaurant several times, at an hour, hour and ten, hour and 20… no one would pick up. At this point, I figured, maybe they just bit the dust ans were closed? I had time to leave home, make a stop at the bank, and go to the local Mexican restaurant, when sitting there they left me a VM that they were sorry and they would still like to deliver the sandwich if possible. HEH? We were at about the 2 hour mark and you are just hoping I’ve been sitting around waiting on a sandwich that must be maybe 2 hours old at this point? Uhm, No.
And, Jimmy Johns, Uhm, no, ever again.

I love jimmy johns. This location had a rough start (in my opinion) but they seem to have it together now. They were pretty bad about messing up my order when they first opened. They gave me a free sandwich once i finally complained. Super fast delivery (of course) friendly staff (of course) Jimmy Johns is just great. Huge fan of all locations!

This Jimmy John’s delivered to me (1.59 miles away) just last week. I tried to place a delivery order today and they said I wasn’t within the delivery radius. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Jimmy John’s for being freaky inconsistent.

I love jimmy johns but this location is awful! They have wronged me several times. The first time, they forgot to give me the chips I ordered. Another time, the bread on my sandwich was over cooked it was rock hard on the bottom, they also did not put any mayo on my sandwich and they gave me a regular Coke instead of the Diet Coke I ordered. I have not had these problems with any other jimmy johns!

Why would a place not deliver somewhere that is 1.4 miles away? We won’t eat at this location based on that alone…

I was under the impression their motto was «freaky fast delivery.» After calling twice to confirm our order was still on its way (one hour after ordering) our food came incomplete. I called the store and i got a response of «I’m sorry he must have forgotten it» no «I am so sorry I will send the driver out with the remainder of your order, or can I give you a credit on your card or a „free“ drink on your next visit» NOTHING. I also got the excuse that they were understaffed for the day, I am sorry but that is not an excuse for poor service, will not be using this store again.

Quick service, great sandwiches and they even have a drive thru.
New location has outside seating.

Not only are they ridiculously fast at making their delicious sandwiches like all other locations, this one has a drive-​thru! We ordered and the sandwiches were ready as soon as we pulled up with no wait at all. Amazing.
