Oh my goodness! I can understand what you just explained. A lot of your comments about isis billing department just reflect on what I have been going through since last year. I was charged and paid the bill off my pocket, since my insurance was no longer active. Soon, after an extra charge came in the mail. I paid it off in a couple of days with a credit card, i didn’t even complain why another charge?, I was given the name of the person who spoke to me and the date payment was made. Little did I know, months later 2016 final notices will start coming in, every month. I called and explained bill was paid, who I spoke to mentioned it Wasn’t paid. Moments later, she said«yeah, you called October 2015 and paid it all. My mistake! I lost all the reference information, I didn’t see this coming. I did ask for a receipt of payment which never came as of now. This, Feb & March, I called because 2 final notices were sent to me. As I can recall, I 1st spoke to Andrea, Randy, Susan and then Sheila whom was the worst even had the guts to hang up on me as well as Andrea. At the end of the day, someone did not do her job sending proof of paying my bill off. So, now it’s my job to work with my credit card company to find what they called«evidence of payment«as I was told or refer me to collections as Andrea said with a proud attitude. Quote“i don’t mind doing that«Of course, my credit report will be ruined not theirs. It sucks! Lastly, Dr. Frederick and his medical in no doubt do a fantastic job! I wouldn’t want to under estimate his great works. He’s kind, great listener and loves his job. I had a wonderful vbac in 2013 of which other Drs, were uncertain of it’s success if I don’t choose C section. He’s my hero but wish his billing staff can match who he truly is! A wonderful Dr. one of the best I ever encountered!

The midwives at this practice really are wonderful, and they will do their best to give you a positive birth experience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and billing department(which is outsourced) are not competent. My pregnancy was full of mis-scheduled appointments, unreturned phone calls, and wasted time. The icing on the cake was sending me a collection notice for a bill that they had not even sent through insurance yet. Yikes.
