Ivy Cleaners

I have been sending my clothes for cleaning for years! Exceptional service! Caring and supportive owners. They repair items when needed without question to perfection. I cannot imagine having anyone clean my clothes then Ivy Cleaners. I have never experience the owners or their staff not being able to communicate. Nor have they hassled me but rather provided what we all wish for great customer service.

I would not recommend their services. Here are the reasons; 1. I use them for a month and when I return my improperly wash items for re-​cleaning they hassle me and question the reason why. Since the different shifts don’t communicate, they try to double charge me for some items.
2. They charge $ 4.50 to clean one pair of pants. I would suggest if your look for an affordable Cleaners go to Value Cleaners, they charge $ 2.50 a pair.

Terrible place. I will never go back. The guy who owns this place is a jerk and acts like I was bothering him by giving him my business. He did some alterations on a shirt that I didn’t ask for and then he refused to refund my money after he charged me for that service without telling me it was included in the total for the rest of my dry cleaning. As I was trying to explain to him that he can’t charge me for something I didn’t ask for, he shut the drive through door and refused to open it again. I don’t pay for things that I didn’t order or ask for. I would have no problem if he had just refunded my money for the alterations but he refused. Therefore, he will never get my business ever again.
