This is the worst place EVER, and sadly they are giving a reputable company a very BAD name. They have ruined 3 shirts of mine in one order. They did pay me back for them, but for someone who HATES shopping, it was torture to go and replace them. Today, I just pulled out a shirt and happened to notice the pocket was scorched on it. Really, what is wrong with you people? I keep telling my boyfriend to quit going there but he likes the convienance but it’s not his stuff getting ruined all the time. This, however was the last straw. I hope you close soon and give Tide back some semblance of their good name back. In fact, because of this place, I have quit purchasing anything Tide.

This is THEWORST place at customer service. Strike one was I brought a new $ 100 polo shirt to be cleaned. Tried to give a coupon they gave me and was told«hold onto it until you pick it up». Okay, fast forward to the next day… Go to pick up and turn in my coupon… «Sorry we can’t take this we don’t have any polo shirts on this order». Come again? Maybe you forgot it. Ummm no I didn’t. Well we didn’t log one in from your bag. So we will just take the $ 3 off this pair of pants. What about the $ 100 shirt? I get $ 3 and NOCONCERN or FOLLOWUP. I should have know better to hand them a bag and they give you nothing saying what they are taking. Strike two, I bring in a pair of slacks and tell them The hem is out on these, can you fix it by Thursday? I am assured no problem. I go back that night when they said they would be ready(this is Monday) pick up the pants look at them and the hem isn’t touched! Oh, we didn’t know you wanted us to repair the hem? That is all I asked you to do! So sorry, leave them and we will fix it. «Okay but I need these by Thursday for a business trip». Again, told no problem will be ready Wednesday. Go back Wednesday and no pants! The girl pulls it up and says«oh we had to send those out they will be back Monday» I needed the pants, why did you not call and ask me? Oh, it looks like we did but you didn’t answer. Umm no missed calls… But why wouldn’t they leave a voicemail? You must not have it set up is the response, REALLY? So I have to go without this suit. I return from the trip pick up the pants and yet again try to get things cleaned… I call as I am going to be late after they close and want it put in one of their convenient lockers. I give my credit card number so they will be in a locker, get there and no cloths. But they charged the card. Go the next day and«sorry we didn’t know you wanted a locker». If you want we can set it up to automatically charge and always go to a locker in the future. Okay little hickup, but let’s do that. Since then they have NEVER put it into a locker. So why did you set me up for a locker? In the mean time I bring another pair of pants, the button is off can you fix it? Sure, go back still off! What a shock. But they fixed it on the spot so I figured okay no big deal… Strike three, after stopping for almost a week after hours and not having my cloths in a locker I get out at a decent time and go in. I told the girl(who every time you go they have new people and managers) I want my cloths. She asks if I want it on the credit card on file. Yes, I do. That is why I gave it and it was supposed to be charged and put into a locker all week. Oh, sorry I see that. She then walks away(about 6 steps) to a «manager» and exclaimed«this guy is complaining for a discount». I didn’t ask for a discount only my cloths. But do you really talk bad about your customers in front of them? The 10⁄5 rule is to greet not insult. At least go to the back before you start talking about them like they are an imposition. I am sure I am a big talking point right now as I spoke up and said«no he didn’t ask for a discount and I don’t want one I just want my cloths!» The manager then just says oh, well she will get those for you and walks away. So if you are in the area I suggest you look for a different place. At least until they can get good employees and managers who actually care about the business and their jobs.

I like the concept, the convenience, and the service. You ALWAYS have to check to make sure they give you any discounts that are coming. If not they NEVER apply coupons or discounts the first time. Then when you ask them the tell you they will adjust next time. Problem is even if you tell them when you drop off next they STILL don’t apply the credit or rewards free item. Ugh!

I’ve read the negative reviews, but I must say that I have been using this dry cleaners for well over a year and have no complaints. I love the tide smell of my clothes when I get them back! Always clean and well staffed — the drive through is very convenient and they have 24 hour drop offs. Be sure to ask for a drop off bag to simplify your life!

I walked in with a pair of pants and dress shirt(for a job interview). I asked if I could have it done earlier the next day(as huge as they are I assume(d?) they did on site? The lady barely blinked ‘5 oclock tomorrow’.(it was noon) I explained my situation, she could not have cared less. It was like dealing with a mannequin. For a place with a LOT of competition and being new, I would have thought ‘customer service’… I won’t be going back. The person behind the counter clearly did not give a flip.

Will not use again. They had a coupon for half-price and when it was presented they would not accept it. This put a very sour taste for using them. They are fairly new and I thought I would give them a try. The cleaners I had been using will work just fine and there are plenty of good cleaners around the area.
