Liquid AV

Zach did the lighting for my wedding on ²⁄₂₈ at Old Decatur Courthouse and it was beautiful! I only contacted him two weeks in advance and it was so easy. I submitted an email and he promptly returned my email with a phone call and we set it up within 10 minutes, I think. He worked with my coordinator and really everything went off without a hitch. The room truly looked fantastic in blues & purples and I love seeing it in photos!

In planning my son’s upcoming rehearsal dinner, I was tasked with arranging the AV equipment.
I started my search well in advance of the event (6 months) to be sure everything was in place.
An online search for AV rentals in my area brought me to Liquid AV. Really a first class outfit.
Cost of AV equipment at the venue was prohibitive for me. I found Liquid AV’s prices to be very competitive. Well below using the equipment vendors at the venue.
I made a point to call Zach directly to be sure he would be able to handle my needs and to get a handle on his operation. I was impressed with his knowledge to accurately assess my needs based on the size of the room and the number of people attending.
Conversations and follow up e-​mails were promptly addressed. A deposit held the date and exactly 1 month out, as promised, I received an e-​mail confirming the contract, cleaning up the final details of venue address, start time, show time for set up, etc.
I elected to go with the large screen (10′) and audio package. Again, I was very impressed. All the equipment was top notch, in brand new condition, and worked flawlessly. The projector set up in a behind the screen configuration gave plenty of room for the tables out in front. Cables, speaker stands, all was arranged for a clean clutter free look. Zach and his technician, Cody, stayed on site to monitor operation.
In addition, Zach brought some additional up lighting effects that were used along the outside edges of the room.
I’d have to give Liquid AV 5 stars if I were rating them. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that has need of this type of service.
I can only see his business growing with the customer service he provided me throughout the experience.

I contacted Liquid AV in pretty much a panic, a week before a large, planned event. At the last minute, we needed to do a slide presentation for 150 people at the event. Zach helped me to get the slide presentation together, showed up at the event to run the projectors and work with the speakers to get the timing right. He was professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Liquid AV for any events you may have and plan to use this service in the future!
