Called to make a reservation. We were told they don’t take reservations, but that our wait would be LESS than 45 minutes. Take a car service there and our wait is almost two hours… Yet there’s zero people waiting(see picture). Horrible customer service.

Love the ambiance and style of the restaurant. Service was a little slow. I had fish and chips. They were pretty good, but nothing spectacular. I may or may not go again if in the area.

Fried green tomatoes are the best in this restaurant. Nobody makes it as good as this place. I think this appetizer is a must specially with the caramelized onions and goat cheese on the top. We also ordered the Zimbo dip sandwich with homemade fries. It is basically homemade roast beef with avocado. Although it seems very dimple, but it is extremely delicious. We also ordered the hangover part. It is a sandwich of eggs, ham, crunchy bacon and cheese. I loved the sandwich but I wish they can serve it with something other than potatoes on the side. Maybe a salad or a soup can be a better. Service wise we were so lucky to have Avery as our waitress. She worked beyond expectations. She is very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere was awesome. Decorations, lights and the big windows make the place look appealing and fun. I likes the space between tables and booths that gives some privacy to people. I am definitely coming back to try something new.

This place is trying way too hard to be fancy haute cuisine. The steak entrees and specials were in the $ 40 range! That price gets you a Hal’s, Chops, or Bones steak! Once we were seated it took 15 minutes for our waiter to greet us. Fifteen minutes to wait for a glass of wine. We ordered the specials and they were mediocre. A $ 125 dinner before tip — where we were constantly waiting for our waiter — that was, at best, described as «meh». I so wanted to like this place. Disappointed.

So last time I came here everything was good and amazing but tonight they were slacking. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. First we waited 10 minutes to get our waiter to come over, when he did we ordered our drinks. My Moscow mule tasted god awful. I sent it back because if I drank more than a sip of it I may have gotten too drunk to even drive. It was awful. Then we waited to order or meal for 18 minutes. WHY would we need that long to order our meal if we didn’t even have an appetizer or anything. The waiter brought the meal over and my club sandwich was the worst club sandwich I’ve ever had. The turkey tasted like it had been sitting out for a few hours. Then the bill finally comes and we get charged for the Moscow mule that I took one sip of and sent back??? No. I will not return here.

I have been wanting to try this place out due to all of the great reviews. Also, the menu looked so freakin good, which it WAS!!! Ok so first we had the Fried Green Tomatoes — Very good! Topped with goat cheese these were fantastic! Shrimp Bisque — OHYES! This was the soup of the day. It came out with a piece of toasted bread on the top which was so yummy dunked in the soup. The cup is also pretty large so feel free to share, if you feel nice that day ;-) They have such a large selection on sandwiches, so this is where I focused. Zimbo Dip —(play on French Dip) — OMGGGG So good! The beef was so flavorful! I could only eat about a quarter, but brought it home and kept picking at it until it was gone! The best part about this is the Veal au jus. This was the best au jus I have ever tasted!!! What I liked about this place is that it is very family friendly. There were large tables filled with families. The kid’s menu does not dissapoint!

My husband and I come here for brunch. The staff is always super friendly and polite. The food is delicious and the booths are comfy. The décor is so warm and inviting and it’s never super crowded. It’s a bit on the pricier side for brunch, and they don’t offer latte or any other coffees except regular American. Other than that, it’s great!

What a gem! Interesting menu, great ambiance, nice people working there. We both dine out a lot, and are picking about food. I go the healthy route while my partner is a meat and potato kind of guy. Great selections to suite both our tastes. And, a great patio and fire pit! We’ll be back!

Just OK. My first time there was mediocre but I thought that was due to the fact that I was there on a busy Friday night. I tried it again on a Tuesday night and went again the food was just OK. Not sure that I need to go back. The drinks are pricey and the menu is all over the place in price. I love the atmosphere but the food just doesn’t make the cut.

This place has a cool layout and a nice setup, but tries way too hard with the whole unique menu. When the waiter was describing the stuff on the menu I felt like he was talking for 10 minutes. The milkshakes and stuff are cool, but you’re paying $ 10 for a pretty small amount, and that’s on the non-alcoholic stuff. This place is kind of stuck in the middle between casual dining experience and upscale/farm-to-table and I probably won’t come back.

My husband and I visited for the first time this evening on Friday. Place was busy and we were welcomed to sit at a bar table right away. Noisy but not too loud. Wine and beer to start with our friendly server, Tiffany. After much reading, we decided to eat a casual meal of «21 burger» and a «Club Sandwich», Sweet potato fries and chips to go with. My burger was a perfect meal. A medium pink, toasted bun, beautiful tomato slice and Swiss… all gone. My husbands Club sandwich was a beautiful presentation but fell apart. The bread couldn’t handle the chef’s vision, so my husband gave up before ruining his shirt. Pickles were enjoyed, cold and crisp. The owner comped the sandwich and a beer and we agreed to return again. Stepped out onto the patio for another cold drink and live music and the evening ended on a fine note. Look forward to another meal.

Whatever you do don’t get the pittsburger! The worst burger I’ve ever had! I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant because of all the great reviews I had heard from friends and family but I was seriously disappointed. Besides the horrible burger the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I’d just suggest choosing something different on the menu than what I had!

Big on execution, but small on flavor. I must admit there has been a lot of hype about this place. The atmosphere and staff are spot on in a welcoming and sit right down kind of way. Our food(fried chicken and grouper) was cooked perfectly… tender and juicy perfection. I hate it when there is a but, but there is a big one. The food while executed so well, had no flavor. It was just bland as bland can be. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I would be less than honest if I said that I would be reluctant to return for another chance.

High marks: friendliness, attentiveness, courtesy, delivery of food, ambiance. Mid marks: price is okay, drinks a little pricey Low to mid marks: flavor and taste. This is a biggie. Menu so well written you want to try everything. I had sausage hoagie. Just plain whatever. Wife had a… same thing. Will try again as I saw items come out of kitchen that looked worth a second visit..

One of my ultimate favorites in Roswell. Just fabulous. Every menu item is delicious. Salmon scallops wedge salad. Deserts. Adults milkshakes. Just to name a few. Must try the fried green tomatoes. Lunch dinner.

Recently, wifey introduced me to this restaurant… and it was fantastic! In our first visit, we shared their Deviled Eggs as an app… they were very good… with a nice caramel/bourbon sauce… really good! Then we had to try the«name» dish… their pork chop, with a peach chutney type sauce. Again, totally great! The pork chop was cooked well… it was very juicy and tender. I had lunch there(with wifey, not too happy with me! :-)) a week or so later… and I had to try their Bologna Sandwich(a favorite… if not too good for me!)…and it was HUGE! I ate half of it… it was layer upon layer of bologna… and it was GREAT! I cannot wait to go back and have it again… Overall…very good!

First timer at this place but will definitely be back. Fried green tomatoes for an app, very yummy with the bacon marmalade on top… a must try. Had the Italian sausage sandwich(hot). It was excellent! A ton of food for the money, great fresh and organic ingredients. Finally and certainly not least, owner is from Pittsburgh. Being a Pittsburgh native that made it just icing on the cake. Look forward to catching some Steeler games up here and many return visits. Give it a try for sure!

Peach and the Porkchop was everything I hoped it would be! Great décor and vibe and interesting menu. We started our meal with mussel appetizer and it comes with the option of several different broth flavors(we ordered coconut curry– YUM!). We loved this appetizer and asked for more bread to finish up the broth as it was SO delicious!!! I had a turkey reuben sandwich for dinner. My mouth is still watering. I had never had a turkey reuben before and this was just so incredibly delicious. I foresee a lot of summer trips here for this delicious sandwich! Dessert menu was FUN! They have ‘adult’ milkshakes aka booze! haha. We were too stuffed from our dinner to even think about dessert but it sounded SO fun! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!!!

[TL;DR] So much I want to like about this place. Sadly, the execution from the kitchen couldn’t live up to the expectation of the hype. After having read so much about Peach & the Porkchop, I was truly looking forward to what I was hoping to be a unique and delightful dinner. I don’t want to make you think it was all bad. It simply isn’t something I will be returning for and certainly not something worth driving out for. From the outside, the restaurant looks quite spacious. When you walk inside, that’s when you get a sense of just how small it actually is. The seating area doesn’t hold a lot of tables which explains why their wait times are so ridiculous. We got there at 6:08PM on a Friday and ended up with a 35 minute wait. For a place with such limited seating accommodations, you would expect the possibility of taking reservations. Sorry. They won’t take those. Call-aheads? Not those either. By the time we got seated, the wait was up to an hour and 15 minutes. Going by some of the Unilocal reviews, we settled on the crab dip appetizer to start. For our entrees, we thought we’d split a BCB/OR(bacon cheese burgher w/onion rings) and a Roswell Cheesesteak. The crab dip was not bad at all. The flavor was creamy and … well … crabby. The pita points served with it is what I couldn’t really get. They were deep fried. I don’t have a philosophical objection to deep frying — except when done wrong. I’m guessing the fryer temperature was not set adequately or was not hot enough for how much was going in. The pita points were crispy but saturated in oil. This consistent crispy yet saturated theme replayed itself in the homemade potato chips served with the cheesesteak. As long as I’m on that topic, the cheesesteak wasn’t bad but did taste a bit dry. The sub it came on tasted overly buttered, however. As for the burgher, I ordered it medium. I received it raw. Literally, only the exterior was cooked. I sent it back and received another. The restaurant owners and/or managers brought out another one done correctly. They also comp’ed the burgher without my having to ask. It was quite decent. The onion rings were hot and crispy. It was as if someone competent was manning the kitchen at that point. I would like to pretend it was a singular moment. However, the table right next to us sent their burgher back for being undercooked as well. It’s a mystery to me why it’s so busy — or maybe the busy activity is what made their execution fall apart. Either way, it was disappointing. I should mention that should you want to contact the restaurant, do not use the feature from Unilocal nor the email address on the restaurant’s website. They answer neither. It’s been over a week. Calling wasn’t much better. It took 3 times to get a live person.

This is a first for my reviewing experiences… a restaurant that has the appearance, food, service = feel of a 4 star but something was so out of place I had to knock 2 stars… bear with me a few I’ll explain. The décor of the restaurant is fantastic. Walking in and from about every view in the restaurant you feel like you are in an upscale farmhouse setting, wood beams mixed with stone and metals(bar is copper inlay under resin with wood trim, walls of stone mixed with ceiling wood beams and structural) — well thought of, well laid out, perfect ambiance = 5 stars! The service was good, it was lunch so we sat at the bar and the service was excellent there because there weren’t many patrons, and we are right next to the kitchen… which is where the issue appears. Service, overall from our bartender, 4 stars We got the crab dip, the fried tomoatoes, and the porkchop. The crab dip was some of the best I’ve ever had, came out hot, the bread sip that came out first round was burnt so we had to ask for another order, but after that fix was a fantastic app. The fried green tomatoes were pretty good, the carmelized onion topping was a little much for me and after scraping more of it off the tomatoes were fantastic. The porkchop was amazing. Pefectly cooked, the glaze toppings were a great accent to the dish, the fingerling potatoes were spot on in taste and mixed with the spnach was a perfect addition to the dish, I’d give it 5 stars. Now, you’d think that I made a mistake assigning the 2 stars. but there is a particular issue that is so out of place it makes me never want to go back. Our meal was eaten at the bar, with the view from my seat in the picture below. If you notice my picture below, the manager in the blue shirt was dressing the sandwich plates with potato chips being stored in a big plastic, topless bin that sits outside the window of the kitchen(between him and the girl in red). First off, many employees that came to talk to him sat their bare hands on this bin where the potato chips were. Secondly, this manager in blue, twice, with his bare hands reached into the bin and ate potato chips directly from the bin of potato chips that they serve to the customers. Thirdly, each time the manager dresses the dishes with the chips, he scoups with his bare hands — the same hands he had in his pockets, and on window tickets, and that I saw on a few occasions he shook hands with two customers with. how can a restaraunt of this magnatiude have such an oversight in food handling such as this? I’m not naïve to think this doesn’t happen in more restaurants, but good grief not right out in the customers view and not in a restaurant of this price and caliber — For that, it gets two stars, unfortunately. EDIT: The restaurant owner, as you see below sent me a message. I just wanted to share with you my thoughts and the reply : «It’s fascinating to me, that you did not apologize, invite me back, nor address the other reviewer that said that even though you made this comment, it’s still happening. It’s really sad to me. It’s a reflection on the passion a restaurant has for its customers — a customer can tell whether that passion exists in it’s employees. Have a dinner at(insert specific restaurant I wont mention here) one night, and you will see what I mean, from the head chef to each of his employees, they all are passionate and that passion delivers flawless execution.»
