Pearl Raw Bar

Delicious! Amazing variety of oysters from Maine, Gulf, and Pacific. Good steamed clams, soft shell crab, and sashimi!!! Definitely will be coming back, again. James the bartender was awesome!

Great addition to the Canton Street scene. Even better that you can order from Zest’s menu in addition to the raw bar menu. We had the iceberg wedge which was very good. Then we ordered one sushi roll, the hush puppies, oysters rockefeller, and the mussels. All were really delicious. The broth for the mussels was so good I ordered more bread and wanted to eat the rest as if it was soup. We had cheesecake and key lime pie for dessert. Husband thought key lime pie should have been more «tart» but was otherwise okay. We had great service and I wish we remembered our server’s name but she was very gracious and took the time to talk to us at length. One person we hoped to see was Michelle. She was a server and manager over at Noca and had then come over to Zest and helped start Pearl. I guess she was no longer at any of the locations. Michelle, wherever you are I hope we see you again as you are fun to talk to and provided great service. We will definitely be back.

In my recent trip to Atlanta I was fortunate to try this awesome new restaurant! Most new places has its rough spots but this place did not. It was decorated nicely with a full open kitchen with beautiful oysters displayed upfront. They seat you right away and go over specials and waiters are more than happy to go over their favorites.
My friend and I ordered so much stuff cause we wanted to share and their sharing plates are not tiny at all! I started off with a dozen oysters and I let the chef pick and it was one of the freshest oysters I’ve ever had and so sweet! I slurped those bad boys down so fast lol. My friend doesn’t like oysters but she absolutely loved the grilled oysters we ordered! I’m telling you it was so yummy we jus kept ordering lol. The highlights were the lobster roll (simple huge pieces of sweet claw meat on buttery soft roll), the grilled octopus (the most tender octopus I’ve ever had), and the seafood stew (was so comforting and perfect). Everything was amazing! I seriously can’t wait to go back!

It’s with great sadness I’m rating this restaurant this low. The food was pretty good, however, the way my friend and I were treated ruined the entire experience. We ordered two glasses each, sauv blanc for my friend and cava for myself. We also ordered the oyster sampler, tuna tataki and the octopus. When we received our bill, we chose not to look at it and just asked the server to split it down the middle. As we went to sign our copies, we both noticed we had been charged for two BOTTLES of cava rather than glasses. I took the bill back to our server and he disappeared to get it corrected. Unfortunately, my friend had used her debit card. After about ten minutes, another server came out with the corrected bill and the only apology was about the wait of the correction. When my friend went to find the owner, he said it wasn’t any of his fault, it was the server’s and the computer’s. When she went further to tell him she wouldn’t be returning, he said, fine, then leave. There are many other good restaurants in Roswell with good if not better food. Sounds like someone is getting too big for their britches.

Awesome addition to Zest. Best seafood in Roswell And you can order from both menus! It really has an amazing atmosphere. The bar is welcoming and you can see the chefs shucking the fresh oysters and preparing them at the side area. Its a lot more open than zest and adds a different option for the establishment.
The 4 $$$$ must be a mistake because it is not that expensive. The price rating should be a 2 $$, or a 3 $$$ at most. I assume this happened because they have a really pricey seafood tower on the menu and it bumped the average price up.
Their hush puppies are the best ive ever had. All the oysters selections are outstanding. The roasted oysters and baked ones are my favorite. Raw ones are fresh too and tasty too. The lobster roll, octopus, and mussels and clam broth is highly recommended. Honestly Ive had almost all the items and they were all great.

One of the best seafood places around. My friend and I tried almost everything on the menu and our favorites were the lobster bacon mac n cheese, the lobster roll, the hush puppies, the octopus and lentils. Everything is fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Pearl raw bar is my new favorite. Absolutely love it
