First, let me start off my saying that my expectations based on prior experience and patient reviews were high but boy, was I let down. I went in to see Dr. Finklestein for some neck pain and a red flag was raised when the nurse told me he wouldn’t even see me before I had x-​Rays done. I am no doctor, but if I were, I would never, EVER order such exams that expose patients to radiation without having even looked, felt or otherwise examined my patient. So, disgruntled and frustrated and after having complained to the nurse about my reluctance to move straight to X-​ray she said it was the only option or else he wouldn’t treat me. Of course, I got the x-​Rays and then proceeded to wait an hour before he even stepped in the room. Yes, he was busy, but really? I had already been in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Now get this, when he came in, he didn’t even mention my x-​rays and he explained that since this was not a «bone» matter but a «muscular» matter that he probably was not the right doctor for me to consult!!! Now IMAGINE my frustration. Nearly two hours had passed by this time and I was forced into doing x-​Rays that were completely unecessary just to be told that he wasn’t the right type of doctor?! Here’s some advice: TALK TO YOUR PATIENTS BEFORE YOU ORDER TESTS. Doesn’t that sound LOGICAL??? Save not only your time, but ours too. My advice: go elsewhere. Somewhere that uses common bedside manner and logic.

Don’t go these people will charge you for visits that you didn’t have then Rhonda Brown will accuse you of making it up. I have better things to do than lie about doctors visits Dr Scott was supposed to do surgery on my ankle when he couldn’t tell me after 3 visits specifically which surgery I saw another Dr at Resurgeons who advised against his treatment. After several $ 1000.“s. I ended up going to another company. Save yourself some time and money and start somewhere else!

Top notch!!! Dr. Schneider was a monster at fixing up my hand, Wendy was a peach at assisting me for my appointments, and rescheduling and Abbey is absolutely gorgeous and a track star when it came to getting my x-​rays taken care of, without touching my finger! I wonder if she’s really married??? Hmm… anyway Resurgence Orthopedics and Roswell Surgery Center are A-​1 in my book, God forbid I need another surgery, however if I do I’m definitely coming back here! Thanks guys!

Resurgens Orthopaedics is a wonderfully efficient facility staffed with amazing Providers, nurses, medical assistants and other administrative personnel. I came here on Tuesday with my father to this Resurgens Orthopaedic facility to see Dr. David Scott, M.D. and liked just how professional, friendly, kind, knowledgable, and awesome all of the front desk staff, the back staff, nurses, and physicians’ assistants are here. The wait was not long at all. We only waited for about ten to twenty minutes before they called my father’s name to go back into one of the many exam rooms.
The physicians’ assistant there came in before the doctor and cut the splint that was placed on my father’s left leg by North Fulton Regional Hospital and asked my father exactly how and when his broken ankle happened. He explained to him what happened. About a good ten to fifteen minutes later Dr. Scott came and examined my father’s left leg after taking a look at images on his’ cd that he had brought with him that had been made and provided by another place.
He informed my father that what he has was a Maissoneuve Fracture and that his’ only option is surgery. Dr. Scott also explained to myself as well as my father and mother exactly how his’ fracture is and also explained how he will fix his’ fracture surgically. So, my father agreed to have surgery for his’ fracture. All of the staff here are very knowledgable about giving correct information to their patients and they always treat their patients well and with respect.
The facility is completely clean and well maintained. The bathroom is by far one of the most cleanest public bathrooms that I have ever seen in my whole life. Also, all of the staff and the physicians at this Resurgens Orthopaedics location have answered all of my father’s and mother’s questions thoroughly. All of the staff and Dr. Scott are absolutely the best at what they do. They honestly truly do care about the health and the well-​being of all of their patients.
My experience and my parents’ experience here was an excellent one, we definitely do look forward to coming back here again soon for my father’s own follow-​up visit from his’ surgery. I highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a good Orthopaedic Surgeon. I also do highly recommend Dr. Scott for his amazing bedside manner, knowledge and Orthopaedic knowledge, and professionalism.
All around excellent staff, excellent physicians, and excellent facility. This is why I give this place five stars.

I saw Dr. Jason Velez here recently and he was fantastic! I barely had any wait to see him, and he was so thorough with me throughout my visit. He made a treatment plan WITH me that was very straightforward, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His medical assistant, Emily, was incredibly kind as well. I was very impressed with my experience at this clinic and I didn’t find it to be too expensive (I am uninsured). I’d highly recommend this Ortho group!
