Roswell Surgery Center

Had surgery here ¹¹⁄₂₀. Staff was very pleasant from check in to check out. The nurses and doctors explained what they were doing every step of the way. They kept my wife updated as well.

Poor handling of billing.
I was making regular payments on my bill every month and they STILL sent it to collections… told me it was for monitoring not collections… When I called mnet… surprise, i was told they ARE a collections agency!!! If you are making regular payments you account is considered late and should not be sent to collections. I have never had this happen at other medical facilities or hospitals where I was making regular payments… I would not recommend this place. I will never come back.

Technically, I would prefer to only just give no stars to this facility, but because I cannot do so on the count that Unilocal will not allow me to do so, I will only be giving one star. The staff is unbelievably rude. I will never come back here ever again. I definitely do not recommend having surgery here nor do I recommend this surgical facility at all whatsoever. Avoid this surgical facility like the plague!

I went here yesterday with my parents because my dad was having surgery. The waiting room is really nice complete with comfy chairs, a television, coffee, crackers, and friendly service. After my dad got called back and got suited up we were able to come back in the room to hang out with him until he fell asleep from the premium drugs they were serving. The nurse helping us was very friendly and even went along with my dad’s outgoing personality :) After he was all prepped for surgery my mom and I made our way back to the waiting room. The doctor came out and gave us updates as necessary and was really informative. All in all it was a good experience for me and my dad but hopefully we won’t have to come back any time soon :)
