I have lived here for 4 years in the Elliot, the smallest 1bedroom. I am moving into a 2 bedroom in January. New Management has come in and they are doing good things like upgrading the apartments and grounds. So far so good!

I currently live in the Orion at Roswell Village and it’s awful. Staff is so rude and extremely unhelpful. I currently have 4 maintenance request in place and nothing has been fixed. My refrigerator has broken 5 times in 7 months. It’s ridiculous! It was so dirty when I moved in and they lied about giving us new carpet. There are urine stains all over my apartment. Management is a joke and doesn’t care about the renters at all. Also I pay extra to live in a «gated» community– the gate is always broken and open. I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

If you are looking for a place to live in the Roswell, Alpharetta area, look no further than Orion @ Roswell Village. Safe, clean, amenity filled complex that offers great value for the price. Convenient access to GA400. You can get to Marietta, Sandy Springs, Woodstock, Alpharetta, Cumming and Norcross within minutes.
Complex offers 2 nice size, well maintained pools. Definitely worth looking into if you are looking for an apartment.
