Dr Sigman seems knowledgeable, but her attitude toward me was dismissive and at times bizarre. I asked about medication for edema — dismissed without any discussion allowed — she literally walked out of the room. Another visit I presented with sniffles, coughing, and fatigue and was asked«do you think you might have had a heart attack?» If I hadn’t been feeling so bad I probably would have laughed out loud at that question. My husband had similar dissatisfying experiences with her. We have changed practices.

I have been seeing Dr Sigman for over a year now and I love this woman! She really took her time to listen to my issues and formed a wonderful treatment plan that no other Dr across two states could do! I must admit in reading some of these reviews, the staff professionalism has declined. I mainly deal with Dr Sigman and have seen her PA one time and was not impressed. I would recommend Dr Sigman if you want quality and cost effective treatment!

Wow. I sincerely hope that Dr. Sigman reads these reviews. Or this one, at least. The behavior, the downright rudeness of «Shirley» just lost her a patient. Maybe they care, maybe they don’t but I will be sure to post this review all over the net. Unbearably rude and unprofessional to a new patient simply trying to make an appointment. The call starts with Shirley yelling at another staff member(I hope it was a staff member and not a patient) in my ear as she’s answering. She proceeded to act like she couldn’t believe I would be wasting her time this way, quickly informing me that even though my child is sick it would be 2015 before she could be seen because she’s a new patient. I tried to explain they had been assigned to us by our insurance but Shirley would have none of it. She started a litany of «can’t see you till 2015, can’t see you till 2015». Every sentence out of my mouth was cut off with«can’t see you till 2015». I couldn’t tell you what kind of doc Dr. Sigman is, she may be wonderful, but no provider is worth 5 months of waiting and rude staff. Okey dokey then, I’ve reported the office to my insurance, y’all hit me up if you know a good doctor with a friendly staff in the area.

Words cannot express how rude and unprofessional Dr. Sigman’s staff are. Having been a patient for far too long, I am finally moving to a new practice. Her office staff has had no bedside training, and it shows. After showing up on time for every appointment I ever scheduled, I would wait no longer than 30 minutes in the waiting room to be seen by a nurse. After being seen by a nurse I would then sit for another 30 minutes in a patient room. They will not hear your symptoms over the phone and insist that you come in for ever small ailment; ‘I know that I have a sinus infection, please call in my antibiotic’ was never an option. It was also extremely rare to see Dr. Sigman herself. I was often seen by her PA, Karen, who is great, but who talks too quickly for you to get a word in. Also, if you need to get your blood tested do not expect to be treated kindly, just a warning. Think twice before taking recommendations from people who ‘love’ Dr. Sigman, they usually enjoy tough love. Not what I am looking for in a doctor!

Words cannot express how great Dr. Sigman is to her patients! I have never had a doctor who has her level of knowledge combined with compassion. Karen Cooksey, her PA, and her associate, Dr Ventura, are the same. From Shirley, Michael & Donna in the front to all the medical assistants, it is a great experience you can trust !! Thanks, Dr. Sigman, for creating a clinic like yours !!
