This store is a complete ripoff. Took my phone here since it wasn’t charging properly. Immediately, they pushed for a replacement refurbished phone at a cost of $ 75. Once they looked at my phone they said nothing could be done so they kept pushing for a replacement phone. When they initially plugged it up for some reason it worked but they quickly downplayed it as temporary fix. Reluctantly we paid the $ 75 even though we didn’t do anything wrong with the phone. They did stress how the $ 75 was non refundable which seemed very shady on their part.
As soon as my wife got home and plugged up my phone it worked just fine.
Returned to the store a few days later telling them whatever they did worked and we don’t need the replacement phone. They refuse to refund or even credit the money to my account.
The staff is the absolute worst since they will lie to your face. The idiot girl told my wife the reason my phone wasn’t working was because I was using her charger… we both have the Samsung Galaxy… she has a newer version. Apparently the manager is never in since he runs two locations and will not respond to my emails so I guess I’m out $ 75 but I will tell any and everybody I know about my experience at this location. I will post on all available websites.
Beware of crooks at this particular location!

I was sent to this store for technical support after Sprint Customer Service could not resolve the problem with my phone. PROBLEM: Can’t send or receive voice calls.
THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD IT WAS BREATHTAKING!
Without even attempting to troubleshoot the problem the technician simply tells me I need to upgrade… basically because he has more troubleshooting options on newer phones and working on my (old) phone requires more effort.
And then he tells me Sprint has been having network problems all day and he has had several customers with problems. So why then is the answer to my problem to UPGRADE?
Just too damn lazy to be bothered. This is Sprint’s technical support face to the Customer. UNBELIEVABLE.

I am not usually one to review these types of places, however the customer service at this locations is great. They were not totally able to help with one issue of my own since I did not have insurance on one of these new smart phones, but once I got a handy replacement Sprint phone, they had me up and running in just a few quick moments and addressed my concerns with the new phone and answered all questions I had at that time. I have been to this location at least 5 times and each visit was pleasant. I feel comfortable that if I have any other issues, I can drop in and will be serviced promptly. They are also courteous when there are mutliple customers waiting and there may only be two techs available, that acknowledgement is a +.
