The phone I currently own has been having battery issues for awhile & then not when showing up to have it fixed or figured out ?
One of the most recent trips in was told in the very near future that my model could be turned in and receive a $ 50.00 credit for a new phone.
I decided to wait for the promo and but didn’t get a message so called again, «Oh it just stared». Cool, I drove straight over.
The new phone had already picked out but found that had also been recalled «due to the battery sparking and catching fire.» Wait what, could you repeat that please?
The idea of walking around and having my purse or pocket ignite into flames was a bit disturbing (ladies you know how much we spend on our bags).
Disappointed but determined to get a new phone started a little homework on two others that were worth looking at.
This is a corporate store so all phones and promotions are current. Walter is most helpful and patient.
