I just completed several renovation projects on my almost 100-year old house. The projects were divided up into stages and before the final phase I couldn’t take the mess any longer so I hired«The Maids of Roswell GA at 404−720−6755» to come in clean. The first cleaning went well. So, after the final phase I decided to have them back again. I wanted the house cleaned so all I had to do was unpack and redecorate. BIG a mistake! First, I requested the same team and even waited 4 additional days to get them. I was told the night before they were booked and a different team would be sent. I understand I was not a regular customer at this point. However, when I booked the cleaning the office knew I waited the extra days for the specific team I requested. Poor customer service while trying to earn my business as a regular customer they didn’t book the team I had waited on. Second, the team they sent did an extremely poor job. Not only did I have to dust as I decorated, but they destroyed the silk lining of one of my lamp shades. It was ripped in multiple places to the point that the lining was laying on the light bulb. Now I have to replace the shade! Finally, when I called to share my concerns what I got was they’d be willing to send out the team I had originally requested to clean the areas that I had an issue with. Hmm, I might not have had the issues if they’d sent them when I had requested them the first time. She said she would ask her girls about the lamp shade. She said she just didn’t see how her girls would have or could have done the damage and not reported it to me or her already. Hmm…I know my house. I know my belongings. Sounded like she was accusing me, or saying I was lying… how does that happen, where’s the customer service? Lesson learned. While their site talks about superiority services, or «they tackle every dust particle,» and leave you«sparkling clean and fresh» do your due diligence. Because it also tells you that they are«bonded and insured professional cleaners,» but what does that mean? Her response to my complaint didn’t sound like she was going to action it in any other way other than«sorry.» This time it was a lamp shade, what if it had been a broken Waterford crystal vase or worse yet a family heirloom. Check out my photos for a visual. Be safe my friends! UPDATE: After posting my concerns, I was immediately contacted by the corporate office. I was assured this wasn’t how they conducted business. They not only wanted the opportunity to re-clean my home at no charge to me but wanted to replace my lamp shade. Based on my availability they returned to my home with the original team I requested plus additional team members. Altogether there were six maids plus the branch manager. The branch manager was very nice, she apologized for all the issues. The team was very pleasant and did an excellent job. Even they agreed that it was easy to see the poor job that had been done. After the cleaning, I received a followup phone call to make sure I was pleased. I was reminded that I need to replace the lamp shade and forward a copy of the receipt for reimbursement. I’ll post an additional update once that has been completed to let everyone know how smoothly that step goes. I am expecting no less than the same as I received regarding the re-cleaning. Thank you.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Roswell, GA
This company has been cleaning for my mother for many years. She is 92 years old and has extremely limited mobility and impaired eyesight. It really looks like they have taking advantage of her. The wall unit in the den looks like it hasn’t been dusted in years. That’s a pine needle from a Chritmas decoration taken down in January in one of the photos that was taken in April. The dining room was in the same shape, and many rooms had cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere. This is shameful behavior from a company that has charged my mother thousands of dollars for cleaning services. Not recommended.
