Good experience. Went in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a return for Amazon. I didn’t even attach the amazon return postage to the box nor tape the actual box itself and she did both of those things without blinking and eye (i.e. showing me exactly how annoyed she rightfully could be, lol.) Only problem is there was only one employee in the store that day and with just three people in there it took longer to get service than it should have.

Zero stars. This store «claims» to offer Notary Services. Good luck letting THAT happen!
The owner (who I assume has the notary stamp) is NEVER in… I got «oops, just missed him»…(and no one can ever tell you when he is coming back!) –7– times. I was given a phone #, that then rolled over to the fax machine… (maybe on the 8th try its free?)
When disgusted I asked ‘is there another UPS store around?’ they sent me to a store that has closed in the past few years.
I will never ever ever give this store my business again. Oh, and don’t ask them to make copies– I went to use the machine and the very nice lady offered to help. If you do NOT know how to use the machine, please don’t show me how. I think she made a dozen or so copies (mostly wrong (I had (gasp) a 2 sided copy! very tricky??) she was then kind enough to inform she was _​not_​going to charge me for the wrong copies. How nice…
